Judge Rosa Mroz has dismissed the case in State v Debra Milke.

Debra Milke murder charges dismissed; state vows appeal

"Citing "egregious prosecutorial misconduct," the Arizona Court of Appeals on Thursday ordered a Maricopa County Superior Court judge to dismiss murder charges against Debra Milke with prejudice, meaning they cannot be brought again.
Milke's attorneys said they were thrilled.
County Attorney Bill Montgomery vowed to take the decision up to the Arizona Supreme Court.
"This office today bears the burden for trying to get justice for Christopher Milke," he said..."

Wagara, I am so sorry for the loss of your friend. He sounded like a really nice guy, especially putting up with and tolerating her for so long. I just called DH just to make sure he knew how much I loved him, even when I call him an idiot. Xo

Well thank you Ms. Zuri! I should no better than to try to hide from you all ;) lol. I'm doing ok...went back to treatment and now doing extensive outpatient treatment. Addiction is a b****. Catching up after some time away.

So I'm late to the party, but watching JA's secret testiphony. Did TA's family leave the courtroom while she was on the stand? They were there in one shot and then not in another. Did I miss something?

Reminds me of something from a Quentin Tarantino movie, "Kill Bill" ? I just remember some of the music from when my husband and son used to watch them.
