They are 2 of these books by same author. Both Kindle Unlimited. :)

I'm on the 2nd one, it really puts 281129's "timeline" as "she" recalls it all over the map. Here I was thinking, man, she's got a memory for dates and places..........and then it all unravels.
I like it because it doesn't quote or take from other sources (other than the courtroom), no hyperlinks, no comparisons to other cases, and it's just her testimony. I don't know if it goes into Juan's cross, but I get a laugh out of the author's observations of the cast of characters on the defense side.
Wonder if the author will do anything on the retrial testimony of 281129?

Kinda have some "down time". With the weather being all over the place, it's still 3 wardrobe changes throughout the day, urgh! I think this might mean a "green summer", crossing fingers. Was out walking the pond and more blossoms came out on the apple tree, it's really strange. It exploded with blossoms about 2 weeks ago. The freeze we got didn't effect any of the germinated beginnings of apples. We have orange mallow all over the place right now.

I don't see why not - if it's a powerful blender it will break down the veggies/fruits to a more liquified state.
Some blenders the best they can do is make it shake/chunky like, were as the nutri-bullet liquifies it.
I don't have a real good blender, that's why I bought the nutri-bullet.
If I had one (KitchenAid), I'd be using it.

We had severe storms last night, the lake is up in our back yard now, my dog baby kept me up most the night , and we have no power. Hot and muggy:(Other than that we're good:) . And, my DH hooked up the generator so I was able to have a hot shower and a cup of coffee. :) Now the generators off as it was getting low on fuel, so I filled it back up.... Barely, darn that gas can is heavy, and I had to lift it way up as the place to fill it up is on top of the generator. Didnt know if I could do it but I did ... Yayyyy. :). Everyone stay safe and dry, :wave:

Thanks for your review of the book...makes me want to read it now:) I will start reading the first book later today.

I know the weather is really strange in our neck of the woods, been that way since winter. Wonder what the Farmers Almanac would say about it :thinking:

Birds I have spotted so far this spring:
Robins
Red Headed Woodpecker (he likes our pecan trees)
Pair Blue Jays
Killdeers running across the back yard
2 Hawks soaring low over the property
All 5 of the Humming Birds are back this year
Cardinals
Sparrows
And naturally...all the Black Birds
Not time for the pretty colorful Finches

And, this morning Pappa Robin was perched on the edge of the nest calling for Momma, 'where are you'? lol
 
Waiting for the storms to arrive. It is so muggy/steamy right now, with lots of dark clouds hovering.

It has been a stressful day, so I am going to take a nap. The sleepless nights are catching up.

Glad mothers day is over...got a card from the baby and a nice candle from the nieces but just have no enthusiasm with my mom gone.

Rayden is now giving kisses rather than just opening his mouth so that's fun!

I have twin 75 year old aunts. Lets call them Susanne Sugarbaker and aunt Bea Taylor. Yes, your visual is correct. Susanne is vain, flashes jewelry like a queen, dresses like a princess and is going batcrap crazy. Bea is gentle, frumpy, kind and loved by everyone. I have been back and forth between houses because Bea has had back surgery. Susanne is no longer allowed to drive due to several self-imposed mishaps and Bea has been driving her around for the last three months. She won't let her sons take her anywhere other than Aunt Bea's where she believes a mix of harassment and Richard Simmons aerobics will get will get Bea on her feet and in her car faster! If it was anyone else I would die laughing but I am worn out! Rayden goes with me...he and Aunt Bea love each other...and he just watches them like a tennis match!

I know...two aunts and one uncle left...I'm gonna miss this.

Our cabin is in the Sulphur river basin, and the lake levels should come up, but I hope not as much as yours. My son was there two weeks ago and got to clean out the French drain by the front door. The bunkroom flooded after it poured one afternoon before they got there. Nothing like looking for to fishing and your time is spent cleaning out all those pine needles.

Thanks Spellbound, that means it will be here in a few hours..I hate the storms but love the rain! we need rain, very dry here.
{ just went thru that with the sleep carp , very hard to function during the day}.
 
Nore, we have had three big bouts of heavy rain and super winds in the last hour .... but I don't think any lasted more than five minutes. Some thunder. I see a few small branches broke out of the trees and are running down the road.

You are so right .... lack of enough sleep has given me a headache today. grumbles

Hi as far as I know we have had a good ole' fashioned rainstorm. Blew , rained , thunder, lightning and its on its way! Southern Ohio seems to be hit hard. All past us already..hang loose!

I'm so glad that woman in Alabama got LWOP. She deserves it, abusive, evil child killer. :stormingmad: That poor little baby. :tears:

Oh, yes we got power back this afternoon. Yayyy !!!
On another note, very sad concerning the community / small town just west of us about 15-20 miles. Tornadoes took at least two lives and at least eight people are still missing. I can't imagine what their families are going through. Prayers are good.
