That's very nice of you. I have it on Kindle and was just rereading it myself at the doctor's office yesterday.

I have a hard time giving up certain books. I had 3 from the Scott Peterson trial which I kept for years...for no reason.

I've got one person that I'm going to mail it to tomorrow and I did warn about a few bent pages.

I've bought and given away my favorites of Helter Skelter, Fatal Vision, Blood and Money by Tommy Thomson and several Ann Rules a few times over the years.

I've put "Dead By Sunset and "Every Breath you Take" in my to rereads again this year. I'm stunned by what those two men got away with. They were each so alike in their arrogance and absolute hatred. Much like what Drew Peterson is hoping to get away with.

I've got one person that I'm going to mail it to tomorrow and I did warn about a few bent pages.

I've bought and given away my favorites of Helter Skelter, Fatal Vision, Blood and Money by Tommy Thomson and several Ann Rules a few times over the years.

I've put "Dead By Sunset and "Every Breath you Take" in my to rereads again this year. I'm stunned by what those two men got away with. They were each so alike in their arrogance and absolute hatred. Much like what Drew Peterson is hoping to get away with.

I'm reading a book about Karla Homolka now. A reporter tracked her down to an island (Guadaloupe) and I ordered another about the murders. We were just alking about Peterson and MacDonald on Twitter...the eraser murders.

I will never forget the stain in the trunk images that our esteemed members here were able to provide . . . sealed the deal for me. I so wish the jurors would have seen those images.

The last time FCA was 'free' she only coped by committing crime after crime against her nearest and dearest (whom she despised but who appear to have had unconditional tolerance for her calculated horridness). I can't see that freedom is so very great for her; it will require functionality, responsibility, morality and accountability, none of which have ever been exercised by her, nor have apparently been considered worth fostering in her by any of her recent enablers. She is going to find being free boring and aggravating and she will undermine it herself by trying to find easier, softer ways to get by that will lead her straight back into trouble.

Thank you atthelake for all the beautiful pictures of sweet Caylee. My daughter who turned 2 in May reminds me so much of Caylee so I think about her a lot. We were watching a movie earlier and as she sat on my lap I was looking how tiny her little legs and feet are and it is so sad as NG said with LE on their hands and knees sifting through the elements for tiny little bones. Still gets me so emotional!!

After several weeks of reporting<modsnip>had been housed with pastor (who was a big deal in the Christian music business in Palm City FL - lots of pics and the "leak" of the video diary)...<modsnip> (having spent a good deal of time there - living eating - enjoying the benefit of his ministry, family, and, of course, the kindness of strangers.... It blew out of his (and the family's) home and church sanctuary (which had strangely benefited by a very, very large donation) and basically kicked them to the curb - "after all they had done for her!" (Shocker, isn't it).

IIRC this was February-ish.

After release from probation, whether or not they can travel to other countries is up to the rules of that country. Canada does not allow most felons to enter the country ...

This is what I read awhile back also. I found this tonight by hunting up "travel for felons". There is more but I didnt go into it. I think I will " international-laws-can-a-convicted-felon-travel-outside-the-us "

I haven't read either of those. I'll definitely look into them.

When I heard the convicted felon's attorney (Greene) say today for all those who are still angry that she was acquitted, they should just forget about it and get a life - I wondered he would feel the same way if it were a man.

Certain types of men always want to give her a break.

DMV's in various states may be in contact with each other on dmv related items, such as the ones you mentioned, but a dmv in state #1 is not going to find out from dmv in state #2 that an applicant owes state #2 money unless it was related to dmv related items. I agree 100% with your example.

Maybe not, and you might be right on some points, but I know FOR A FACT that FL DOES communicate with other States as far as Driving Privileges are concerned. My parents live in FL and during their move to FL from GA 11 years ago there were a few SNAFUs because of UNPAID PARKING TICKETS IN CHATHAM COUNTY GA. NOT a ticket,or tax,or whatever, but a PARKING TICKET.

As for my experience, we travel extensively through SC,GA and FL. Both my son and my husband have been pulled for speeding. That is how I found out about my son's numerous traffic tickets that he did not even go to court for. He paid the fines. But the Officer would not give him a warning after he ran his license in St John's Co Fl. He said SC said he was habitual. So yeah.... they chat.
