I've looked high and low through the IRS tax exempt organizations and can't find hide nor hair of it.:waitasec: Must be through a parent church but I have no idea what church that would be.

Still looking. The old tax records go back to a Baptist Church. It may still be listed under that. I will check that out tomorrow.

It's on the IRS Tax lien Form that was recorded with the Osceola County clerk
I tried posting the form but was not able to
http://www.osceolaclerk.com/
go to Official Records, basic search, input OCA's name and the record comes up

Casey Marie Anthony
522 Simpson Rd, Kissimmee

Federal Tax Lien form 668(Y)(c)

Kind of Tax:1040
Tax Period Ending: Dec 31, 2008
Date of Assessment: November 1, 2010
Last Date for Refilling: December 1, 2020
Unpaid Balance of Assessment: $68,520.41
------------------------------

:waitasec:
I may have understood the "last date of refilling" incorrectly...

ITSY,,
Is the date of refilling for Casey to refile or for the IRS to refile the Notice?
On the lien there is an area "Important Notice" stating that if the notice is not refilled by the Refilling Date then notice shall operate as a certificate of release IRC 6325(a)
Sent ICO the Baez law firm...now that's rich.

Oh bayouland, you are so good. I remember having read during my initial research that they broke off from some sort of Baptist church. I know it was too long ago to still be in my laptop history but I will see if I can find it again.

I have it. Don't worry about looking it up. They have went through more than one name change, the last being in 2009. Taking me awhile to dig but I will get it if it's there. I hope it isn't. SNARK.

Good gosh! These people run a church  just click on the names in the sidebar and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about...the companies associated with these people aren't exactly Christian...E Divorce???

I'm also seeing "Entrusting Treasure Ministry" through AJ, this might be the parent Church.

I saw that and also saw that Mr. Galante may have had an issue or two previously. LOL.

These type of "churches" always seem to be affiliated with some other name and all too often they say they are "Baptist." It doesn't make any sense to me...what normal churches change their names or go by more than one name? Since I first started researching these "missing children charities," I have found out more than I ever wanted to know about the people who start and run the church. Background research on many a "pastor" has been "enlightening."

When you go to their websites you often find pictures of the same people in all the albums and oftentimes they all seem to be related.

forgive me, i posted this video once before shortly after that crock of a verdict, but i just think it is startling how many similarities there were between the casey anthony and scott peterson cases. I just wanted to commend the scott peterson jury for using their brains and actually taking the time to connect the dots in this circumstantial case.

if you watch this video at 7:20 you will hear 3 of those jurors explain how they reached their decision through logic and reasoning. They actually took the time to look at the larger picture, add 1 and 1 to get 2 and determined that scott peterson indeed killed laci and connor peterson beyond any, say it with me now, reasonable doubt. For that i thank them!

they are <modsnip>. Shame on them.

Yep, that's it.

What's weird is no 501 for any of the three names. Looks like the records go back 40 or so years though so..........

First Baptist Church of Palm City, Florida 1996 until 1999

It changed in 10/23/09 from The Cross Church, Inc. to Crossroads Community Church of Palm City, Inc.

You'll figure it out, your are the detective!!!! LOL :great:

So is Entrusting Treasure International the education program fca is "enrolled" in? "It" seems to have fallen strait in with a group of peers...

This is starting to smell like the old "Follow the money" thread...

You give me far too much credit. I haven't been able to figure out any of this mess since the verdict. I'm no detective but I know stink when I smell it, that's for sure...and this Church business stinks to high heaven...pun intended.

You're doing a fabulous job bayouland, keep digging and I'll throw out bits and pieces as I find them. I have a feeling once we find all the pieces, this Church is going to be doomed just as everyone else who has assisted KC will be. jmo

notice that all but two of the officers are listed as "inactive" yet at the bottom of the link http://www.corporationwiki.com/Florida/Palm-City/the-cross-church-inc-5594052.aspx

It shows all the "inactive" officers as being affiliated.

As far as associated companies, I found the Bottom Scratchers quite intriguing!
MM is heavily into, construction/concrete, landscape-type stuff, and real estate...then there's that scuba stuff.

I've looked at four of the for profit companies where MM's listed as an officer...funny none of them have a google link for a company website.
