I've been to Ybor several times and it would be the perfect place for her to live incognito. My last visit there was 2 years ago and it has really run down. Nothing much left except the cigar shops and Columbia Restaurant.

I wonder how someone who is so broke she is relying on 'the kindness of friends' gets to move to St Pete? In the years that we lived in apts they always needed a couple of months payment up front and security deposit...
I had read reports online that Cindy and George loaded up her Ocean Woods condo in a U-Haul and took her to Tampa. Now that seems very convincing.

What if they came to some agreement that IF she ever does sell anything like her story in the future she would agree to reserve X dollars for her creditors?

I don't know what the final outcome of that will be but I do know the BK Trustee withdrew that request and challenge about a month or so ago.

So taking the route of taking the highest bidder is something we know isn't going to happen as far as the sale of her life story during the BK process. Now that's not saying he doesn't have something else up his sleeve. It does look to me however that he couldn't find enough legal precedents to back up his demand.

Did you ever see Ybor City before it underwent it's facelift some years ago? Very "rustic." But I liked the older version of Ybor much better (went to college in Tampa, in the 70s.) You used to be able to get a plate of chicken, yellow rice, black beans and fried plantains for a couple of bucks. But I guess the district's expensive overhaul didn't take and it's falling into disrepair again, eh? I haven't been there in a couple of years, either. Ever been to Guavaween? What a crazy street party! Good times.

Well, nuts. There's another city FCA has ruined for me. Why doesn't she just leave Florida? Oh right...her enablers are here. Fools.
 
My dd teaches in Ybor City. I constantly worry about her safety. It is not a safe area now, though there are some wonderful places to eat.

Yes, I loved the old Ybor. The overhaul didn't last.....remember the cha cha dancer place? It closed down a couple of years ago too.

Ybor City's answer to Halloween...they have a big parade (the Mama Guava Stumble), lots of food and all sorts of different bands, almost everyone comes in costume...I went every year for many years. But you had to get out of Dodge by 9 p.m. or so...things got a little hinky after that! Not for nothing the police presence was pretty heavy.

What is P.I. Dominic Casey's involvement with FCA these days?
Is he trying to make $$$$$ for himself and FCA off of a book he has written, and/or a tv deal he is suspected of working on??? The public wants to know.....

Why is Dominic Casey not listed on FCA's bankruptcy filing as a Creditor?
Did she purposely leave off certain people she hopes to have deals with after the bankruptcy is closed?

Does Dominic Casey have an association with a certain major network tv producer, who already did a Caylee tv story four years ago? How would Dominic, and FCA, and the producer, and the network all profit from any deal, and keep it secret, and hide income from the bankruptcy court?

Dominic Casey would legally need FCA's approval/permission to do a book or a tv deal, or she could sue him. Does that mean Dominic and FCA are working together to make money off Caylee?

Dominic Casey says he has/had a contract with George and Cindy, and a separate contract with Casey which Dominic says is ongoing.
Dominic Casey had a working relationship with Baez until Dominic got angry because Baez would not pay him.

How did Dominic know exactly where to look in the woods for Caylee's remains, at a time when George, Cindy, Casey were all saying "publicly" that Caylee was ALIVE and needed to be found.

It is my opinion that Dominic knows a LOT more than he ever said in deposition or trial. He FAILED Caylee Marie Anthony.
He should not now $$$$ profit from Caylee's murder.

When I clicked on the document in the article I noticed that the number for CMA was 8:13-bb-00922-krm, but the number on this document https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7DjeAMt_BpIQVlMb3ZpTjBabWc/edit?usp=sharing&pli=1 is 8:13-bk-00922-krm. I assume bk stands for bankruptcy, but don't know what the bb means.
