And:

Q+A

May I indicate a change of business location on my massage establishment renewal notice?

No, you must submit a change of location application to the board office in order to change the location of your business. Any address change reflected on your renewal notice will be considered a change in mailing address only.

Two different things –
LS is a licensed Massage Therapist.
LS works at a licensed Massage Establishment.
(she actually could work at several licensed Massage Establishments)
LS is not the licensed Massage Establishment.
When LS worked at RHHC, that LLC entity is under the name of Mark Sievers and was licensed as a Massage Establishment.

The one thing I'm having trouble understanding is if CWW was using TS's license/prescribing rights why would he ask his friend for some of his Adderall.

I can't get past that.
And where is the money they (especially CWW)would have made on this or any other illegal enterprise?

That's great that she updated her website but she hasn't updated the state of Florida licensing board.

Data As Of 2/15/2016

Address of Record
10201 ARCOS AVE #201
ESTERO, FL 33928

She also needs insurance.

Is insurance coverage necessary for a massage establishment?

Yes, a massage establishment must provide proof confirming property damage and bodily injury liability insurance coverage. Only the licensed massage therapist who is the owner of the establishment may use insurance from a professional association to satisfy this requirement for massage establishment licensure.

The licensed Massage Establishment would get the required insurance.

LS could also get her own Massage Therapist insurance if she wanted to.

So that means, a licensed Massage therapist does not have to have an occupational license ('business receipt' now). But then she would be required to have her own liability insurance, unless she acts as a licensed "subcontractor"? I cannot see the yoga place covering her liability..? Perhaps she can be a licensed massage therapist operating under the establishment license (Occupational) and still have her own liability with the yoga place listed as certificate holder. How does that sound? ;-)

Thanks for the clarification CsCs.

*I see you already covered that..tx

FL Department of Health Licenses - Massage Therapist and Massage Establishment

LS is not responsible for the Massage Establishment entities where she is provided space to do her massage and energy work (unless she owns the Massage Establishment business).

The owner of the Massage Establishment business provides space/room to the therapists and that is the person responsible for all of the Massage Establishment requirements as outlined on http://floridasmassagetherapy.gov/

When LS worked with TS at RHHC, TS (and MS) were the ones responsible for the requirements of the RHHC Massage Establishment license.

LS was responsible for the requirements of her Massage Therapist license.

My point is that you can't use the state of Florida's verification system to verify what you are saying.

Where did the 40K come from?
I really dont know. He could have had his own thing going only because it doesn't look like CWW had much money. Or perhaps MS was skimming money from the practice saving up for a rainy day. But IDK.

the difference being that he may actually be a public figure.
They’re both Public Figures, just on a different scale.
He teaches. I attended one of his 5-day workshops in 2012.
She teaches, and if I lived closer I’d take her Reiki Master class. I have my Reiki I and II certification.

I love Brian! One of my top 10 favorite books of all time. I've reread it and given copies away a number of times over the past (approximately) 20 years.

They are not even in the same league. Not even close. You do know what his credentials are outside of being a New York Times best selling author- please.

LS class description does sound pretty cool. I think soon enough we'll be privvy to wether or not taking it would be a wise choice. I could be totally wrong about her and she could very well be a victim too- to a certain extent.

Yep, different league…. that’s why I wrote “They’re both Public Figures, just on a different scale.“
Brian is quite awesome. I attended his Past Life Regression workshop. And, I've read most of his books.
