I accidently hit reply before finishing.
From the Naples article:
Theyre asking to take my clients life, defense lawyer Michael Mummert told Kyle, citing the states procedural missteps early on. Thats asking a lot". And if theyre going to ask that, then they need to follow the statutes.
Seriously?
Mark Sievers had NO PROBLEM making sure the mother of his children got the death penalty, in a horrifying sneak attack in her OWN home at that :dervish:
Where were her rights?? The statue didn't matter to him then did it?
Mr. Mummert,
At least theyre asking to take your clients life...followed by lots of legal motions and delays. Dr. Teresa Sievers never had a say.

interesting reading especially the part at the end of each interrogation "refer to audio visual documents for specific detail". Too much information to understand?I found a short cut to discovery documents (witness statements, etc.)

The reason why I want the death penalty for Mark is not because the state will actually kill him.
Especially since they rarely do.
But I simply don't want Mark to have access to good prison freedom.
Especially since someone will send him money once the kids turn 18 and get their money.
So imo.
Death row doesn't give you a chance to bribe guards or have conjugal visits with new wives nor having the chance to buy drugs to ease the pain or nothing.
Because death row means you are locked down most of the day with minimum yard and recreation time.

Hoping Mark will have a bitter life in prison by having only his mother visit him. I'm sure he will act like the big guy on campus and con his fellow inmates. Pray each day that the girls move on from him and hold him responsible for their mother's death. He is such a coward and I rarely use the hate word but I do hate him for what he did to the girls and the maternal side of the family. He needs to rot in hell
Agree.
Now nasty Mark should realize that the last funeral that he was allowed to attend was the funeral of his wife that he had chosen to have killed.
So imo.
Hopefully. Marks next funeral attendance will be his own.
Especially since if something happens to any of his family or friends; He won't be allowed to attend.
So imo.
Mark did this to himself. And I'm even more mad for why he did this.
That what it seems like to me. Court is reserving the right to decide when the time comes.Thank you for posting these, interesting. Am I understanding correctly that:
The court has not said yes or no to the death penalty?
And
The court has not decided yet if he is indeed indigent?
I am a bit challenged understanding the wording sometimes in legal documents. Thank goodness there are people here that do understand ! TIA :cheer:
Thanks! I am not in the legal field, I like a second opinion when I am not sure. Interesting stuff, one can learn here which is nice! That what it seems like to me. Court is reserving the right to decide when the time comes.

Yes, you can learn a lot on these forums. I hope the girls are progressing nicely with their grandmother. MS has bigger fish to fry than harass and upset Grandma and the girls. Thanks! I feel bad for the girls. 😔

Like most, if not all, I lack zero sympathy for MS. I have a poor memory but will attempt to share a few opinions I learned approx 4-6 weeks ago from a podcast. Actually, I think the podcast referral was from someone on this MS/TS thread regarding death penalty. I think it was from a college professor. This professor I believe taught law. He had requested permission with the courts to interview someone on death row and, if I recall, requested to be a witness at time condemned would be executed. Courts declined. Professor asked again. Was approved. After extensive interviews and time spent interviewing the prisoner, professor changed his views on death penalty. Professor ultimately considered death row too easy and way too comfortable. I forget most of the details but do recall how professor learned the prisoner lived a comfortable life of approx 18 yrs behind bars. Prisoner was allowed to roam most days. Could purchase almost anything you and I could buy. Prisoner can literally order any food he wants online (Amazon). Prisoner can order a refrigerator, computer, coffee pot, etc. Prisoner was allowed to receive 3 nude pornographic images mailed per month. Again, professor considered death penalty way too easy and now swears against it. Wish I could recall the podcast. It was very interesting. The reason why I want the death penalty for Mark is not because the state will actually kill him.
