I just saw Jose aka "Cpt. ****-eating grin" Baez, "beating feet" out of the jail as fast as he could with his trademark smart alec smirk on his face. He didn't even bother with a "no comment". He just smirked the entire way he slithered to his car.

I do wish these other lawyers would QUIT doing Jose's defense work for him. They are already offering detailed ways that Baez can "spin" the discovery of the body. They suggest all he needs to say is that the area had already been thoroughly searched by both LE and TES in the beginning and that since that time Casey has either been in jail, or under house arrest being watched around the clock, and therefore could not have MOVED the body to the area where it was found AFTER LE and TES had searched it.

Oh give me a flargin break already!! PLEASE don't do this guy's job for him. He got his Law Degree from Sears Driving School, and he should be allowed to screw this case up all on his own. Although, if he does fudge things up royally at trial, that does open the door later for retrial on the basis of ineffective counsel. Ugh!!

Either way, he makes me just as ill and enraged as she does inside!!

I don't think they will find any clothing with Caylee's remains. I remember KC making a statement to someone that they won't find Caylee, and they haven't even found her clothes yet. KC probably disposed of the clothing in a seperate area, in an attempt to cover her azz.:behindbar

That could explain the mystery of the ladder! This is a bittersweet day for me. I wanted so much for Caylee to be found and I now feel sick to my stomach. My heart just aches.

There are no other missing children who are presumed dead. This has to be Caylee..S.O. called Equusearch, we've found her...I am so glad she was found. The area had been under water in the summer that's how it was misssed then. So glad that meter reader was digging looking for a pipeline..She showed herself, just by chance and by the grace of God...Thank you God. You have answered my prayers and the prayers of this entire nation.

I do hope they get plenty of forensics from that duct tape and garbage bag. I also hope the state puts the DP back on the table. Now that duct tape was found around the mouth it makes premediation fit. :behindbar

Praying this is Caylee and this charade will end. I think feel CA will start screaming Zani did his. You need to find her, she murdered Caylee not KC...

if they can prove the child suffered, then it's a DP case.

if the child died of an accidental overdose, then it's murder 2 BUT
they may request stricter charges if there was extra care taken to hide/dispose of the body

if the body was placed in the location 6 months ago, then KC is automatically it.
if the body was placed in the location while KC has been detained, there is an accomplice, obviously.

if no body had been found, then KC had a chance at a plea deal. since they have found a body, KC is fried.

Today's discovery just cost her 10-15 years. Ho-zay may have been planning to bargain for the body, but that's now off the table. If she confesses to an accident, the prosecution will give her something but not nearly as much today as they would have yesterday. This is a really good day for justice for Caylee. However, this is horrible day as well, a sad day. Poor, poor baby.
