IMO Cooper was a normal child.

That particular "disorder" isn't inhereted. It happens on it own so future children would be very unlikely to have it. It would have been a major fluke.

I was trying to make a point that IF something like we discussed were the case, I can see why RH would have posted his views on abortion on line.
If anything strange comes up during routine prenatal testing it is going to be addressed and the parents will be sent for counselling.
Most of the time leven with a high AFP the baby is fine.
(*not that there even was a high AFP)
Not sure how else to word it.

Ah, gotcha--Thanks!

DeDee: If I am on the jury, it is that .2 miles where JRH traversed straight toward the TreeHouse in lieu of hanging a left turn headed toward daycare, LAA, after kissing Cooper and turning the vehicle to the right coming out of the CFA PL.

Bbm, sorry if this has been mentioned previously, but could he have Klinefelter (XXY) Syndrome? They have low testosterone, are generally very tall, and although they are skinny when younger, tend to gain weight through the midsection when older. Also, although it's not mentioned as a symptom, I noticed while googling pictures that many individuals with this disorder seem to have a very full head of hair. Anyone know more about this syndrome? (Mods, if it is not OK to speculate about this please delete).

http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klinefelter_syndrome

Could be onto something here: Klinefelter (XXY) Syndrome

Maybe ,maybe not. It is odd for a man at 30 to be on hormones. it does appear his body habitus
fits with the syndrome. Many men with it are never diagnosed.

The main symptom is sterility. Prior to 1996 many men with it couldn't have biological children.

Look what I found!
When was he posting about being anti abortion?
Was it while his wife was still pregnant?

By 2010 over 100 successful pregnancies have been reported using*IVF*technology with surgically removed sperm material from males with Klinefelter syndrome.

About 10% of Klinefelter cases are found by*prenatal diagnosis.

A 2002 literature review of elective*abortion*rates found that approximately 58% of pregnancies in the United States with a diagnosis of Klinefelter syndrome were terminated.

It could explain a lot. Maybe he was babied by mamma?

For some reason, I'm doubting Klinefelter was diagnosed prenatally for JRHs mom unless that is a routine prenatal screen. It was certainly diagnosed at some point, if that is his history. He was using AndorGel which can cause birth defects in expectant women. If, for instance, RH was wearing the AndroGel on his shoulder. LH lays her head on his shoulder. Her skin absorbs the T. From there it's carried thru the umbilical cord to the unborn. Another interesting symptom of mention if the patient has Klinefelter, is they lack average agility or typically are not so well-coordinated.

Are there reports that JRH actually played any team sports such as baseball or individual competitive sports like curling? I saw he posted about taking a hike but are there no sports in his past history other than as a spectator?

Agree that JRHs physique displays the adaptation to symptoms of a medical condition. I suspected hypospadias as a BD. TRT, in particular, LowT, is what has me intrigued as noted on LHs youtube comments. Side effects of using TRT can be not so good. It damages the bones causing premature onset of osteoporosis. It can cause a hot head who is already a narcissistic personality to become addicted to the pleasure of his tool while on T which I think we may have in this case.

We have seen so far in snapshots over the years his various hair styles clearly never demonstrate the need for a wig and IIRC, TRT can cause hair to thin. In that regard, the full head of hair symptom is closer to Klinefelter.

There is a dreadful feeling we have only begun to be informed about the tragedy that was this murderer's multiple personas and personalities in everyday life. One persona used his precious baby boy for sympathy and money only to find himself in jail until trial. JHRs life turned on a dime when he drove straight toward the TreeHouse and did not make that left turn toward LAA.

la bella vita
moo and all that jazz

When he left work that day, that car was steaming hot. And it smelled.

But RH never opened a window.

There would not have been much time in a short drive to the movie for the air conditioning to kick in...but he never opened a window.

Do we really know that? He could have lowered the window once on Cumberland Pkwy and raised them just before turning into Akers Mill

About 13 months after Cooper’s birth, Mr. Harris posted a joke on Twitter originally posted by Andrew Osenga, a Christian musician based in Nashville: “NEW INVENTION: Snooze buttons on babies.”

http://www.nytimes.com/2014/07/12/u...ruct-fathers-role-in-toddlers-death.html?_r=0

“I’m going to be a billionaire,” the man thought to be Harris writes of the snooze button idea, adding a hashtag at the end that says “shut up and take my money.”

Witnesses told police they heard "squealing tires, and the vehicle came to a stop." Harris got out of the car yelling, "Oh, my God, what have I done?"

Harris then stood there with a blank look on his face. When a witness told Harris his son needed CPR, Harris went to the other side of his vehicle and made a phone call, apparently to tell someone his son was dead, a witness told police.

Harris never called 911, and when an officer told him to get off his phone, he refused and even said, "*advertiser censored** you" before an officer took his phone and handcuffed him.

Harris was supposed to meet friends at the AMC Parkway Pointe movie theater on Highway 41. The group was going to see “22 Jump Street” at 5 p.m.

Stoddard said Harris told friends at 3:45 that he would be late. Though Ross Harris was heading toward the theater when he pulled into the Akers Mill shopping center, he was less than a mile away when he entered the shopping complex at about 4:15. He also told detectives that night he had left early to avoid traffic.

Harris stopped and placed his son on the hot pavement.

One told police Harris would yell “Oh my God!” one second, then his face would suddenly go blank.

When a witness began administering CPR to his son, Stoddard said Harris got on his phone. Records show he called his wife first, followed by the Little Apron day care. He did not call 911.

Stoddard said two of his detectives noticed a strong stench more than an hour after Harris pulled into the Akers Mill parking lot.

“It smelled like decomposition, or death,” Stoddard said.

Harris texted his wife the question, “When are you going to get my buddy?” according to Kilgore, though Stoddard said that text couldn’t be found in phone records obtained by police.

Um, how could he know he had done anything? The child is in a rear facing car seat. RH cannot see CH's face. So how does he know his child is dead?

Why doesn't he stop and pull over the second he notices his child? After all, to a parent, there is always hope

Authorities said while at work that day, Harris received a group email from the daycare. His attorney, Maddox Kilgore, said Harris texted his wife at 3:16 p.m. that day and said, "When are you going to get my buddy?" Police said they saw no texts between Harris and his wife that day.

Police did say, however, Harris was texting six other women while Cooper was dying in the SUV. They say records show he was sending and receiving explicit texts, including nude images of himself and the women, which included a teen girl. He had also made plans to meet with at least one of them.

The teen girl, Stoddard testified, is 17 now, but was 16 when she and Harris began 'sexting.'

In one of the text conversations with another woman, Stoddard said, the woman asked Harris, "Do you even have a conscience?" Harris' reply was "Nope,'' the detective testified.

Police patrolling the area saw a crowd of people gathered around a blue Hyundai Tucson, then a small child lying on the ground.

___________

Surveillance video shows Harris pulling into his office parking lot that day and pulled into a parking spot near the back of the lot, entered the office building and left at lunch time to eat with co-workers. The documents say he was dropped off at his vehicle after lunch, put a bag in the driver’s side door and returned to the building while making a call on his phone.

“During the interview with Harris the day of the incident he failed to tell the investigators that he had returned to the vehicle at lunch time to place an item into the vehicle,” said the warrant.

What "disorder" are we talking about here? Sorry...I haven't been on the thread for a while, and haven't had a chance to backtrack.

As far as high AFP levels are concerned....when I was pregnant with dd#1, the doctor called me. She said, "I'm sorry to tell you this, but I've never seen an AFP level as high as I do with this pregnancy (stupidly, I'd had the blood test, not knowing anything about it). I said, "What does that mean?" She said, "Well, it's a good indicator that your child will be born with Down Syndrome (her exact words were, "Your child has a 1 in 10 chance of being born with DS".) I needed to tell you this in case you decide to terminate the pregnancy." I said, "Doesn't that mean she has a 9 in 10 chance on NOT having it??" Insert sound of chirping crickets on the other end of the line.

Needless to say, almost nine years later, my daughter is alive and well. Thriving. She is not handicapped in any way, does not have DS, and actually, is academically advanced.

Stupid test. I shudder to think that she wouldn't even have been born, if I had allowed myself to be influenced by the doctor--- who, incidentally, was wrong.

Climbing off my soap box now. Sorry for straying OT a bit. Carry on.

'He wasn’t looking back in concern for his son, he was looking back to see who the police were talking to' - witness Artiyka Eastland

'The police put him in the cop car and he was talking to one of the detectives and he would be very calm, but then very crazy, crying. I saw him looking back trying to work out what was going on, but he wasn't looking back in concern for his son, he was looking back to see who the police were talking to.

'I can't imagine what it's like to lose a child but his body language in the back of the car was very odd.
'I felt like he was worrying about something, it was strange behavior, he was back and forth between crying and looking around.' Artiyka also believes the baby had been dead for many hours before Harris pulled the child out of the car. 'The baby was a grey/blue color, not its natural color. I know he was in the car seat but when the dad placed him on the ground his legs stayed in the same sitting position, as if he was laying on the ground with his knees up in the air stiff. It wasn't natural.

I refused to have it. I knew I wasn't going to terminate my pregnancy no matter what, so I didn't see the need to have it.

Someone mentioned Klinefelters. RH has the body build. I was commenting that maybe that is where the abortion comments from RH came from. His wife would have had an AFP and Klinefelters would show up. There is research that 50% of people who discovered their son/fetus had it, terminated the pregnancy.
Just stating the facts about the disorder. The rest was speculation.

OBVIOUSLY Cooper was fine.

What time was Ross supposed to finish work anyway? Did he have a regular schedule of any kind? Why was he going to a movie that started at 5 pm if that is the normal end to a work day?
