With all due respect, Roy, the biggest thing she asked you about was very factual. The pineapple set-up was there, Jonbenet ate from it, and both Ramseys lied about it. I know that you have no idea why they lied about it, but I do. They left it out of their timeline and, unlike Burke being awake, they couldn't fit it back in. These are facts that came from their interviews.

Yep, thats usually the third answer I get. Shouldnt I take what the Rs said as fact?? Now Im confused, but oh well, off to my own theory supported by documented facts..

I have a pretty good idea.

The DNA was a problem for them and it got sent to the sideline because of the little amount they had. But many involved in the case were very impatient, as you know. I don't know what happened with the GJ but I think the majority felt best to wait for some technology.

I certainly don't.

And that includes the BPD, DA's office and other agencies. We used to hear a lot of stuff on this but not anymore. Nobody's saying squat.

LOL! OMG, OMG, OMG! So everyone lies except the Rs. How the heck does that work. Must be why Patsy is Gods favorite... Isnt that why he gave her Christmas? LOL!

Don't be confused. I am aware of some of that stuff. And I think some of it is debatable since they had attorney's pulling some of those strings. Those questions are just not as important to me than other stuff. Like all the stuff that has been sent to the FBI for testing. Especially the stuff since 2002. Sometimes you can just know enough stuff about the end of a book that it becomes useless to read the middle. And I am not trying to be a smart alleck.
 
Roy, the other day I asked you if you considered an intruder to be anyone other than a Ramsey. I'd like to re-phrase that please. Would you consider the killer to be an intruder even if he may have been invited into the home by a Ramsey?
 
Attorneys weren't involved when the Ramsey's gave the initial report that Jonbenet was asleep when they arrived home. This had to be a lie, being that she had Pineapple in her stomach that match with that in the bowl. So why didnt the Ramsey's just tell the truth? Jonbenet was awake and ate pineapple? Why the need to distance themselves from the bowl of fruit? I believe Beck, gave the answer and I agree with her.

Even Lou Smit couldn't buy that lie. Even if I believed the R's were innocent, judging by their lies, I would still think that they knew who did it or believed they knew who did it.

ETA: The lie I'm referring to is the pineapple lie.

I really don't know. And I am not trying to defend the R's on whether they lied about pineapple being fed to her by a Ramsey. Maybe they did feed it to her. Maybe she got up and ate it herself. Maybe the same kind of pineapple was at the Whites. Seriously. If that proves guilt to you so be it.

I am more concerned about what has happened during the last 8 years or so. I am not trying to be dismissive on this.
