So who does Aphrodite Jones think is the killer is?

Roy, this should probably be in another thread but I want to tell you something that I've believed for a long time and for various reasons. I think there was a fifth person in the home that night. Probably because they were taking him to Charlevoix with BR. IF this person had been fooling around with JB and hurt her, he could have easily hit her with the flashlight in order to quieten her. This is why I wish they would dna test all the children and houseguests of all the R's friends. I'm sure these young men can't be compelled to give their dna but it would be nice if had been tested back then.

If that proves guilt to you so be it.

Speaking for myself--and asking that you forgive my butting in--it's not so much the pineapple as everything else that goes with it.

I am more concerned about what has happened during the last 8 years or so. I am not trying to be dismissive on this.

If that's the case, I'd hate to see you when you ARE trying!

Beck,

Could be why JF was also a big fat liar!

That was a pretty ballsy lie! Was he trying to get the Ramsey's arrested??? I don't think so. I think he got caught knowing what the rn said at a time when he wasn't supposed to have read it yet. "I'm sorry guys, I read the note through the door while it was still on the floor." Except it wasn't still on the floor!

They tested a lot of them. But there wasn't another person invited in that house. Besides, why would the Ramsey's want to protect someone else besides B.

I am curious somewhat about this.

Roy,

My sister has a multiple personality disorder. Ive posted several post on it here at WS, feel free to look them up and read them, as Im sparing everyone the rehashing... I think PR might have had a the same or a similar illness. You dont have to agree, as I said its my opinion. Patsy, shows classic signs again in my opinion. My sister was high functioning and it took years before any of us saw the signs. Sometimes those signs dont manifest themselves until its too late...

You can agree or not, but Im asking you to not get personal on things relating to my sister... Thank you

Thanks Dave, you said it better than I could have... I was ready to blow it out the box...LOL!

Sorry that I have to answer that question with a question: Why would two of their friends drop their entire lives to protect the Ramseys and follow them to Atlanta? It could very well be that it was as much for their own son's protection as it was the Ramsey's.

Dave,

If Mark Beckner were to call you right now and tell you that he has gone from one of the staunchest RDI's to now trying to find an unknown killer would you buy it? If he told you he has sent hundreds of items, some with unknown DNA on it, to the FBI for processing in search for a kiiler could you believe him?

I hope it's ok if I give my own opinion on this while Dave is replying. If he called me and said those things (especially about unknown dna on other items), I would believe him but I would also give him 4 names and ask him specifically if those 4 men had been tested.

Sure it is fine. Okay!

If he told me personally in private where he doesn't have to watch himself, I probably would at that. But he won't talk to me!

He'd have to answer a whole lot of other things, though!

Here's something else Pitt said...

Pitt defends the authorities
By B.J.Plasket The Daily Times-Call, Oct-20-99

Pitt also defended the two-day presentation in June of 1998 at which police presented their case to prosecutors. That meeting, he said, was professional and balanced. It also resulted in Hunter calling a grand jury.

He also discounted the notion that police, in their presentation, focused solely on the Ramseys. He said police addressed "all possible suspects" and were honest about problems and questions in the case.

Pitt and the Pendulum - The JonBenét case, shrink-wrapped by Valley forensic psychiatrist and sleuth Steven Pitt
By Paul Rubin, 10/21/1999, http://www.phoenixnewtimes.com/issues/1999-10-21/news.html

"Implicit in what I see in Patsy is the outward presentation. What I hear is the content. So, what I see is someone who is a seasoned performer, someone who is verbally competent, very articulate, seductive, theatrical, and incredibly cunning. What I hear are some marked inconsistencies compared to what I know about the objective and factual data of the case."

(Because the murder case remains "open," Pitt won't say who he believes killed JonBenét. However, his statements about the case strongly suggest he suspects that Patsy Ramsey is the killer.)

He will refer you to Koby on that I would guess. Koby backed them into a corner.

I also feel it is very possible that BR had a friend over that night, someone he was bringing on the trip. It isn't a matter of "why would the Rs cover for BR's friend". They CANNOT name BR's friend as the killer, even if he was, because their SON was with him. And under Colorado law, the "friend" can't be named if the accomplice was under 10, no matter what role the "accomplice" played. Even if he just watched.

Larger personal fortunes than this have been unsuccessful at preventing criminal charges. In this case, it has to be a parent protected by Lockheed or a child protected by Colorado law. And that is pretty much that.
