I heard the defense couldn't get ANYBODY in Az to take this case. Wish the jury knew that little tidbit.

JW is blowing it. One can count their clincial hours done under supervision towards the licensing requirement. Demarte was very specific about that.

I totally get asking about the witness CV/experience. however, it is plainly obvious that JW is dragging this out. there is no purpose to some of these questions.

It's more than that--JW's questions are specifically intended to contrast his VAST experience to Dr. DeMarte's and to "rebut" some of Dr. D's assertions about her qualifications.

This is dull. Dr. DeMarte already said that she was able to get her doctorate before they changed the rules. I wonder if the jury is tuned out.
Also.. people don't do this for free. Its either monetary or personal. We all know its personal since he's hooked up with ALV.

I was watching the Lindsey Lowe sentencing the other day and when they introduced a new expert they just said that they had looked at his credentials and accepted that he was an expert. It saved a lot of time. I wish they would do that here.

Never thought I would say we could learn something from Lindsay Lohan... :what:

I'm already prepared for the DT to take up the entire day and give Juan 30 minutes to finish up. I wouldn't even be a problem for him though, but it still makes me angry. Judge needs to give them a time limit - split evenly between defense and prosecution. Seems fair doesn't it?

If JW doesn't give herself any time for redirect, she's going to be totally toasted though. JW under presurre in a redirect won't be a good thing.
