did Wilmott just approach without even asking?
Oh...and JA's mom's twin is back...

Alyce and Samuels gave her the correct answers for ptsd tests, with the books and talking points that alyce used etc., Jodi could easily figure it out....

Absolutely no doubt in my mind about that. I wouldn't be surprised if they straight up told her how to answer.

Here's some tests .. we don't care how you do it .. but come to the conclusion that she has PTSD and does definitely NOT have BPD .. if you find anything that does indicate BPD just say it's a sign of PTSD or look at how the test was administered and fault that .. I'm sure there are a few peers out there who take issue with these tests, FIND THEM AND USE THEIR OPINIONS against these tests if all else fails.

Brief Complete.

wow wow wow There is some serious DeMarte bashing going on in that courtroom. And the giggling, totally inappropriate. Yikes.

Grandmother is nearly asleep, jury is too. The mitigation specialist is trying to keep them awake with her loud, evening attire, and even that is not working.

I agree. I think they helped her with the test.

:banghead: This testimony is making me so ANGRY!! The lies and the stupid giggles. Justice for Travis, Justice for Travis, Justice for Travis...

Again, with the TSI2 being out when the DM gave the TSI1....it's ridiculous to bring this up as it has already been discussed that the test wasn't available to her.

This feels like riding down a boring interstate... wishing there was a Beltway around Psychville that would get us straight to Juanville.

are we there yet, are we there yet, are we there yet

No and don't make me stop this this car and give you what for with my wooden spoon. :stormingmad:

WHOA! He just said "I'm not sure if I answered that the way . . . " and then abruptly stopped.

He was going to say . . . "you wanted it". I'm convinced of it! That was an awkward moment.
