I hope the defense lawyers gave ALL the testing and documents to this witness. Correct me if I am wrong, but did not ALV say there were parts of information missing from what she was given? The missing data sure can change the results, since thus witness did NOT do his own testing or interviews.

ITA, very soon I have to attend a murder trial of a someone who was murdered, her relative is very, very close to me , the murderer is her Aunt.I will not be laughing and joking at the prelim hearing or the trial. There is nothing funny about anyone's murder. Shame on them.
