It pained me so that the prosecution was so adamant on the knife first scenario because I know (and therefor some on the jury could know) that it is sometimes very possible to move, walk and talk after a gunshot to the frontal lobe.

There are just too many examples of it happening.

I think the gunshot first (in the shower!) shows premeditation (that's why she brought it)

I would hope Juan would argue in closing whether you believe it was gunshot or stabbing first, this was a premeditated cold blooded murder.

hmmmmm........only if you're willing to say this psychologist, who's seen 2 people with gunshot wounds, knows more about this subject than dr. horn, who's a medical doctor, a pathologist and has literally seen thousands of gunshot wounds.
