While I agree the typo is a stupid mistake, at the end of the day I don't think it will be a big deal. The jury will remember JA lied to the police, lied in court and most importantly lied to them. This is a smart jury who has been paying attention to the things that matter in this case. JA is going down. M1 - DP (JMHO)

JA was born a terror. From the time she hit her brother with a baseball bat, kicking her mother, killing atleast one dog (imo), to snooping, stalking, intimidating, terrorizing others finally leading to the savage murder of Travis Alexander.

She's a life-sucking leech who deserves to be terminated. She's not even worth being used as manure. I've never felt so strongly about any criminal.

I think you summed that up quite nicely-and I agree with you 100%.

I think she'll either remain very calm or start crying. No temper tantrums because she still has to beg them to spare her life.

I was being facetious and injecting some humor on this somber day. I think that Jodi will be medicated as she has been throughout the trial so that she doesn't have any overt reaction when the verdict is read. Not to mention, also, that the Judge will likely admonish everyone in the courtroom to refrain from any outbursts when the verdict is rendered. :moo:

Well hospital didnt go as I expected. Little madam is staying in andgoing to have an operation today. Panic doesn't even describe how im feeling.

Sad about missing juan but she comes first.

Maybe watch on my phone if I can find ear buds here some where.

Sent from my 'alternate reality' using my hippocampus

Prayers to you!!!!

When the last Forensic Psych doctor was on the stand last night my feed kept jumping...what happened when she said the TSI did NOT give instructions for hand scoring?

well, i believe they DID make up the defense on their own. it was the only defense left----'oh, forget the ninjas. she's really been protecting TRAVIS all this time and this is why. she was abused and this was self defense.'

their job is to say 'the state's evidence shows this, but we can argue this instead.' what they assert in court does not HAVE to be true at all. it's their theory, and used to refute the evidence the state has. that's what they do.

I might be wrong, because...

.. since we started, but didn't Dr.Samuel say Jodi started telling "the truth" after he and Nurmi had a chat with her? They might've not TOLD her what to say, but I wouldn't doubt they gave some helpful hints here and there.

I'm in the south. We have moisture and we have plenty of dust, too. Moisture is a problem inside some homes, and dust is a problem in some homes. In some homes it isn't. I don't know if works that way in AZ, though. I do know that no matter what, I got moisture in the bathroom after a shower and seeps out to other rooms.

I live in AZ. My ex left his glock on the top shelf of the closet adjacent to the bathroom. No container of any type and I never saw him clean it or a cleaning kit. Dust is a big problem in some homes more than others, ime. Moisture is never a problem here, though.

I'm curious as to what you all think Jodi's reaction will be when they read the verdict. I remember Scott Peterson just sitting there stone faced. Very telling. If I were wrongly convicted of 1st degree murder I'd be hysterical.

I'm kind of expecting Jodi to have the same reaction - she won't want to give the jury the satisfaction of breaking down in front of them. Or will she?

I'm leaning toward her sitting there with no expression on her face, then glaring at the jury as they leave.

I'm also expecting the defendant to stand stone-faced as the verdict is read, and then give the jurors a cold calculating glare before she is escorted out of the courtroom.

A typo is a typo and with your example it would be explained to the patient as just that, a typo.

I'm going to head for the duct tape or sit on my hands with this issue LOL
Too many years in the profession for me to change my personal view on things of this nature. We'll just respectfully agree to disagree :) :seeya:

I totally agree with you Rocco. But it can be an excuse for a juror if they don't want to give the death penalty.

I hope that juror will be reminded that in addition to stabbing him 29 times, nearly decapitating him and shooting him in the head, she falsely labeled him a partner beating pedophile in front of the whole world.

For attempting to save her own *** in the most despicable way possible, she deserves two death sentences.

Not that I am sticking up for the psycho in any way, but I think she was just pulling up her bra strap. I do it all the time :)

Oh I do that too. But that was NOT what this was.....it lasted so long it made me feel "icky"

Uh, yeah I did . Creepy - She going to her next to last resort desperate ploy - sex? After that she murders.
Given that sex was her currency of choice, I think the chest touching was a bizarre form of self-comfort. The end is near for JA and I have no doubt that she's feeling mighty anxious about the upcoming deliberations.

After the incredible shock of the CA trial, I am so hoping the jury gets this case right. Being from Canada I do not know the answer to this, so this is my question ...do you think people on the west coast of the USA would have heard how angry everyone was with the CA verdict being that it was across the country in Florida? Hopefully this jury was aware of that horrible outcome. Even though the JA jury haven't seen everything we have, there is still plenty of evidence to convict JA of first degree murder. I will be very interested in what this jury has to say when the trial is over.

BBM:

i found it sooooo freaking ironic when i was watching the parents' interview tapes when the dad stressed that after jodi was caught growing pot, and they searched her room she became hyper sensitive to "being snooped on," and became very secretive.

yet low and behold this women has a loooooooong and documented past with spying, stalking, snooping and invading other people's privacy. its so very telling that she is so paranoid toward other people and their motivations, while she herself is so very guilty of those same behaviors....dwerp!
