Where is the evidence he searched Fielding Dr? I thought he searched his zip code? Oh, you mean the questionable evidence that can't be cross examined under the guise of National Security.

Indeed, one the many statements BC has made which is contradicted by evidence or reason. Explaining them all away, as if at every turn every person who ever tells something different than BC is either a jealous chattering neighbor or a sophisticated member of a secret conspiracy to me ignores the obvious, to wit he is somebody who lied about facts in this case.

Technically, JW counted. I don't think the pros will go lightly into this though. This could really open the can of worms for the defense in regards to it's order in the proceedings. The judge doesn't seem to be so far out in pro-pros land right now.

He might go back and rule a little differently based on what K and B get into tomorrow.

You're right, I was mixing up BZ wanting to add 2 experts.

My mind is completely closed on this. There would have to be a video of someone else strangling Nancy before I would believe it was anybody but Bradleeeee.

Donna Lopez, who didn't know Nancy before the evening of 7/11/08, had a gut feeling she could not ignore. She said she felt something bad was going to happen over in that house (Cooper residence). No one's pointing the finger of suspicion at her, and her gut feeling was 100% correct. Why the need to blame Nancy's friends when they developed the feeling that something was wrong on Sat 7/12?

I would be neat if the defense brings in a soil specialist and the missing Harris Teeter shoes with no matching mica

I can just see a chapter in AL's book titled "Defense gets their ducks in a row"

Brilliant. I love how they lined the ducks up with the beaks pointing to the jury as if the ducks were staring right at them. I kept waiting for Trenkle to throw out a "QUACK".

There is not another person at that party that saw wine on her dress. He left the party at 8. I can't believe she walked around all night with a red wine stain on her dress and not one person noticed.

You have no clue what size the stain was, where it was, or anything. He said she rinsed it out, if it was small and not in a conspicuous place then it could be true no one else noticed it. Who is to even say it was noticable to anyone else but her, we are all more aware of our own clothing and more self concious if we have a stain thinking everyone will automatically see it even if that is not the case. I thik you are trying to build a mountain out of a mole hill. Like when you feel a zit coming on, you can feel it, your skin feels raised under your finger, it may even be tender to the touch so you are sure all will see it, but often times it is not even noticable until you bring it up to someone and if you didn't no one would even see it.

BTW, I know many think that they know her and how she would act after following the case for so long, but you really didn't and don't and you are guessing at a lot of things that you think she would have done.

And I think she was getting revenge on him. That was MOO and I got it after reading her affadavit. I forget people's names too, even ones that make an impression on me. Give me numbers and I am good, names, forget it.

You'd forget someone you were engaged to? I'd find that hard to believe; it's not like the guy was 89 or had been engaged to 30 women - this was a woman he was involved with not long before NC. But of course, she wanted "revenge" for something we don't know about, like CPD wants to "get him" via conspiracy.

I don't argue you have to conclude he lies, but to me the tunnel vision of anything he says is inherently reasonable <modsnip> is giving him way too much credit.

I understand that he entered his zip code into google map. It opened up at zoom level 11, which is basically a street map of the area. He then zoomed and panned, but unless an actual photo of the zoomed image was on his computer, it would be difficult say where exactly he looked after starting with the zip code.

Let me ask you this. Since you're bad with names, would you forget the name of someone of the opposite sex with whom:

1) You lived with for several months
2) Were engaged to be married to; and
3) after breaking up, you broke into their apartment and snooped around?

And then, tell me though you might forget that person's name, you might remember their phone number?

I'll say it and I don't care if I'm banned. You are a fraud.

1. Been there, done that.
2. I've forgotten quite a bit about one and gotten details wrong.
3. You honestly don't believe truth to that would have brought that little girl down to the witness stand in NC? Or was Mr.-I-Need-Ice-And-Saw-him-and-Frenchy was just way more sense to spend the money on?

So we are agreed that BC lied about:

1. Fielding drive knowledge, having searched it on his work laptop;
2. His monitoring of NC's e-mail, including that between her attorney and her and her and her friends;
3. Not knowing his fiancé's name;
4. Having knowledge of what NC would have on when he didn't see her dress for running.

OR do we just say no he gets a pass on these because we believe several LEO's from different agencies conspired to place obscure evidence on his laptop that even if found would barely get the case maybe over the goalpost to guilty?

I'm sticking with it is obvious he's a liar. That doesn't make him a murderer. The things he chose to lie about though, suggest to me he is.

#1 Not sure
#2 Yes
#3 Yes
#4 Not sure since there is conflicting testimony of this (Young and Daniels said different things with regards to this if I remember correctly).

I knew about 3 more than 10 years ago. Spoke with her about it, when it wasn't even an issue.

Salt, or soda water right when it happens usually does the trick.

Would you walk around all night with that big wet spot on your chest if you could run across the street and change clothes real quick?

Not arguing with you that it happened. Why hasn't it been presented? Something that strong would be hella-importante to me.

Too inflammatory, IMHO. Also, that person really does not want to be involved and I got a good talking to by someone else *her friend) when I posted about her in 2008. This even though she felt obliged to phone Alice Stubbs having seen the deposition tapes.

Certainly reasonable.

Not if I wanted to preclude a confrontation with my soon to be ex-husband.

Quoting myself tonite.

I am also not downplaying it. I think I have gone into people's places in the past in ways that could be interpreted as stalking. (Picking up field recorders from ex-gf's houses. Grabbing cameras/laptops/etc. Because it was getting freaky between us and they liked to throw stuff. Preferred to grab the 5,000 camcorder and sneak it out the back). One girl swore I was "stealing" her stuff despite the receipts, etc. I have a different view on this stuff because of my own experience.

Were the authorities involved there with him that you are aware of?
