Here is to hoping Marty wraps this up quickly into a powerful conclusion.

now he's talking to the jury but they cut the sound!

PS....there was an incident in the Peterson case where one of the jurors said something to the victim's brother and he was taken off the case!

Judge also said "it was probably innocent", and that the juror had informed him - so I don't think its that big a deal. Remember, jurors can use the same bathroom as the rest of the court if they choose to.

My husband has played golf w/ Judge S before. Said he's a great guy. :)

Is he a "low talker" on the golf course too. (I am just kidding. I just have a hard time hearing him on my computer.)

I think he has been very fair to the DT and the PT. I haven't sensed any bias.

Any legal Eagles here have an opinion on how he conducts his courtroom?

If this fingerprint analyst is the DT last witness and they can't identify any prints, I fail to see them going out with a bang, as the PT already proved there were many unidentified prints. We'll see. . .

Hopefully, they gave him a talking-to during lunch and told him he's losing his audience and to get to it.

I know a couple of weeks ago, Collins pointed out something to the Judge
about a Juror as well.

Hmmmmmmmmm

Beth Karras also reported a few weeks back, a Juror came into the Ladies
Room and LF and MF were there.

Agree, here we go, getting into comparison of Jason's prints now.

Saying it was a negative, but can't exclude him either.

Oh thank you :)

He sure does have a patient soul. LOL at the guy with the broken cursor. That has to be frustrating. I am sure he is a wonderful instructor, but he needs to remember this Jury didn't sign up for a class he teaches. They answered a civic duty. That is JMO.

the juror. she said she felt 'uncomfortable.'

Interesting!

Oh, so he can come to no conclusion with a print.

and...................................
