 hi dexter! Had a great weekend :)

I know she has one shot with the appellate court in Wisconsin, but I do think that she can take it higher if it is again denied. I would have to go back and look but when she did that interview with the online crime show, I think it was mentioned in there, I will go back in this thread and see if I can find it :)

LOL, just posted about the Crimetime video myself and now just saw you posted about it too, and think you're talking about the same one i watched. I think it was posted on one of the other blog sites i was reading on, but can't remember which one?

Found the video it was an Inquistr. article with the video of crimetime with Ms. Zellner featuring.

Hi Karinna :) hope you are having a great weekend!

I remember that show, I'm not sure where we posted about it, but it's here somewhere ;-)

Thankyou missy.
Yeah, having a quiet weekend, and hope you have had a nice one as well :)

From what i am reading here it looks like (paraphrased) 2). Steven G. Richards seeks to appear as local counsel in this case.
3). Current local counsel Trisha J. Bushnell of the Mdwest Innocence Project is aware of this motion, has no objection, and seeks to withdraw from this case.

Yep, that's how I read it as well :) IMO I think it's just a logistical thing. TB is pretty busy from what I see, and she is not that "local", although she is licensed to practice in Wisconsin. I have not read up too much on Steven Richards, but here is his website if you want it:

Thanks for posting up the link. I'm ok. so long as Ms. Zellner still has the case, it's all good. I'm sure Attorney's are very busy people so share the load among other colleagues as well, just like doctors do. So no biggie with that.

I was looking for something else in all my saved snippets, and came across this....

zellner extension filed.jpg

This is what I was referring to in my earlier posts about there being an error earlier in the case.
