I could be wrong or watch to much TV but I think FBI only needs a judge or someone to sign a paper and it is legal. IMO, the family home was bugged or being listened to when that LE camera went up on phone pole so KC couldn't run off when kc was out on bail.

What IF...the FBI and OCSO set up a sting to be led to Caylee's remains?!

Could they have a surveillance tape of DC and JH conducting their search?! Sure they could. Then they also have JH's tape to back it up.

ETA: You know my admiration and respect for the OCSO in this particular case. I am not saying anything against them, the FBI, or TES. This is only a theory that I want to explore further. Let's say they did not find anything when it was searched earlier...but say they had strong suspicions. Why not put some things out there that would cause someone to act to find Caylee?

There is just too much that has gone on in this case that no one can explain. It is the most bizarre case of a missing child that I can recall ever taking place. I have no doubt that the main focus was to find Caylee and to bring her justice.

I just posted this on the NG thread - what if there were post mortem trauma to the bones - NOT scratches or animal chew marks but holes or fresh, sharp breaks - as if someone digging around with a probe? That would have alerted LE that someone had been nosing around and disturbed the body before finding it?

That would have led LE on a whole new quest and through that finding out about the PI's and the video.

This is interesting. I never could understand the new fence story. How/why in these times would someone be on the verge of building new homes in a wetland and retention pond site?

We heard there was a fence put up and, IIRC, why TES didn't go back at one point. I have not seen a fence which would obstruct anyone from being in that area...so what is the deal with the fence? Am I going crazy or was there a darn fence?! :crazy:

My own life keeps getting in the way of my thread reading (a good thing I guess:crazy which is why it's hard to keep up! I definitely recall the fence erection story (that doesn't sound right). I remember thinking about that too when they discovered the remains but must of just let it go until I read your comment here today. I wonder about it. Who put it up and who took it down and why? No, you are not crazy! Now I'll continue to read and find this has all been discussed.

Oh, that group isn't clueless...they are simply concrete thinkers. Nothing but the facts will do.

I like facts, but I also appreciate we can read between the lines in cases (and we do quite well) because if we waited on LE to present them...we would never get any where on any case...and certainly never get ahead! LOL Sometimes, you just have to look beyond what is right in front of you. We are still going on facts which have already been verified tho.

Sometimes what I write does not convey what I mean. I was just saying people, like me, are often confused. I have noticed that about the "just facts" people but then what are you supposed to discuss when they're not forthcoming, the weather?

I know what you mean though, "happy" that her remains could be given the proper burial. I also believe in angels & miracles. I very much believe his daughter Laura led Caylee by the hand to be found.

That's such a nice thought. He would be the one to understand how terrible it must be to not have answers. We still don't have all the answers but the death part is now confirmed. Hope is a good thing but, when the writing is on the wall so-to-speak, eventually you have to face the truth. Without physical evidence, if it were my loved one, it would be hard to let go of the hope. There would always be that little window of doubt.

Do we know if the cop who was fired was ever interviewed by anyone in the media? NG?? I don't think he was. I wonder if he was really "with" KC or really term'd. Could he still be working for LE? It is pretty uncommon for a seperation notice from HR dept to be shared with anyone ... His was posted ONLINE! Very strange now that I think about it. Maybe he played a role in this theory.

I trust LE knows / knew what they are doing, whatever the twist is here, but I agree that something isn't adding up.

I think the timing of LA's abrubt exit is somehow a key factor, just not sure how yet. I also wonder if we ever found out what LP said would "shock the world" ... Anyone know?

I realize that this may be wishful thinking on my part, but my hopes are that the only sting that has taken place is Lee deceiving his sister to get as much information as possible to help convict her. Something tells me he got a lawyer to help go along with his parents when all along he was working right beside LE to do the right thing. He has stayed out of the spotlight in the past several months. Maybe, just maybe there is a possibility that there is one good Anthony in the family.
IIRC, in one of the FBI interviews it was mentioned that Lee had visited with Casey, or spoke to her several times..however we have only seen a few.
Like I said, it may be wishful thinking on my part, but I know how I feel about my nieces and nephews and in a quick heartbeat, to protect them, I would go against either of my brother or sisters..

I think it is very possible, in my opinion I really think that LP, RK and TM know more then they have stated.

I also think sometimes how strange it is that some of the characters involved in this case are TV people, Dr. G, LP, and the Psychic who video taped the area, and now that RK was a bail bonds man in the past? Somethings don't add up and make no sense to me at all.

Sorry but I have to disagree. On the "Media Links" thread pg. 41 post #1007

There are links to the ID press conference.

One link is JUST Dr. G's official statement - it is 3:04 long and there is NO MENTION of POST MORTEM at all - all she says is there was no ANTEMORTEM TRAUMA to the bones.

So, then I went to the second link on that post which is the entire presser with the Q&A section - it is 21:36 long. And, again, no mention of POST MORTEM TRAUMA by anyone that answers questions.

So, I guess we're back to where we were about post mortem trauma and did/or if anyone caused any damage in "their poking around" at the site.
