Radio, we are on the same wavelength today. I was thinking the same thing about donating for more bandwith. That, and I also want some solid facts on this case. I would be very happy if LE would just tell us who DC was talking to on those tapes. That would keep me happy for a while... and when I say "a while" I mean 10 minutes.

i really don't see this happening, people have a tendency to over think things and i think that is what people are doing here.

1.fight between cindy/casey -June 15
2.casey kills caylee -June 16
3.casey disposes of body some time between June 16-18
4.casey arrested, released, rearrested, released again-july-august
5.JB hires DC
6.DC visits casey in jail, she possibly tells him a general local of the body-August (?)
7.casey arrested on murder charges-October
8.DC quits working for JB, starts working for the A's now that he knows she's dead-waits for things to quiet down before looking for a dead caylee (ie;too many LE, searchers and protesters around)
9.JH shows up and volunteers to work for the A's
10.DC narrows down a search area and calls in JH to help him
11.nosey? concerned? meter reader interested in the case, much like we are here, inserts himself throughout the months of aug, nov. dec..and has no relation to the PI's, the A's or Casey.
12.meter reader happens to find the body before PI's do, (too bad, so sad)

i really think it is that simple. (dates and order may not be exact, but you get the idea)

iF, this sting theory turns out to be true, then i really hope a movie is made because then this case would certainly be Oscar worthy!

But I hate sad endings Regarding No. 6, "my gut feeling" is that KC has told no one nothing since her arrest (with the exception of certain family members). There must be someone who, prior to July 15, knew something.

I'm not a PI but aren't bugs kind of old school at this point? I would think listening devices would be so much more high tech.

Here is what I know everyone on this board agrees on.

1. we have fallen in love with Caylee
2. we wanted her found
3. we want her laid to rest
4. there are a lot of strong emontions attached to this case
5. we want justice for Caylee
6. we appreciate the efforts of LE, Tes and anyone who searched or donated, prayed, cheered on those searchers.

They are. All they needed was a listening device in a car, etc. outside in the street. Very easy to get by the way... private individuals can even get them. Any good detective shop carries an abundance of things. Scary.

There is a poll here which was taken where people did say they thought Casey was innocent and did not do this. I believe there were 9 votes in that column.

In order to be on the side of the defense, wouldn't you have to believe that she is innocent? I see many posts defending her here and trying to lay the blame on someone else.

I do not see how anyone could lay the blame on anyone but Casey!

I am very much pro LE, FBI, and SA. I wonder what such a poll would indicate now? I see many new members.

If KC confessed to anyone (IMO Lee) it was only with the promise of help with disposing of remains. My guess is she would be stupid and desparate enough to fall for it.

Oh, that group isn't clueless...they are simply concrete thinkers. Nothing but the facts will do.

I like facts, but I also appreciate we can read between the lines in cases (and we do quite well) because if we waited on LE to present them...we would never get any where on any case...and certainly never get ahead! LOL Sometimes, you just have to look beyond what is right in front of you. We are still going on facts which have already been verified tho.

SS, you have been on WS long enough and written such great posts that I always look for them.

I so agree with your statement that sometimes you have to look beyond what is right in front of you. And yes, a lot of reading between the lines is required in this case. Brainstorming is good.

So do I! It made me cry to think how happy TM must have been to have gotten the call that she was found, and wondered if this could have been his birthday present form his daughter. I know the thought had to have crossed his mind and brought him some peace knowing that she was with Caylee and would look after her now. (Oh! I'm tearing up just thinking about it again!)

:blowkiss: I don't think it made him "happy" but I do think his heart was a little less heavy. I am sure Tim felt like a huge weight was lifted off his shoulders. I know what you mean though, "happy" that her remains could be given the proper burial. I also believe in angels & miracles. I very much believe his daughter Laura led Caylee by the hand to be found.

Do we know if the cop who was fired was ever interviewed by anyone in the media? NG?? I don't think he was. I wonder if he was really "with" KC or really term'd. Could he still be working for LE? It is pretty uncommon for a seperation notice from HR dept to be shared with anyone ... His was posted ONLINE! Very strange now that I think about it. Maybe he played a role in this theory.

I trust LE knows / knew what they are doing, whatever the twist is here, but I agree that something isn't adding up.

I think the timing of LA's abrubt exit is somehow a key factor, just not sure how yet. I also wonder if we ever found out what LP said would "shock the world" ... Anyone know?

One fall day, a lonely PI decided to take a walk thru the Anthony neighborhood. He had been having vivid dreams for the past several nights. He kept seeing yellow flowers & out of the blue, saw a german shepard pee.
He pondered as we walked & walked. He KNEW this dream had a ring of familarity to it. He just couldn't put his finger on it..........yellow flowers, a german shepard peeing. Not being able to take it any longer, he whipped out his trusty black jack. Actually it was more a lucky black jack as his lucked had turned around after finding this black jack. All of the sudden, with this find, he was thrust into the middle of a high profile case. He could see it now, Good Morning America, DateLine, flown here & there, treated like a star. Oh, wait, back to the phone. He finally decides to call his good buddy Hoov, run all this past him. It had to mean something, didnt it. I mean who dreams of german shepard s peeing.............pooping maybe if you have ever had one poop in your slipper, but peeing? In distress, he tell s
Hoov about these strange dreams, these odd feelings. All of the sudden, a german shepard runs up, pees right on his shoe! That's it he shouts, that's it. He has his bud Hoov run right down with the camera & the rest is history. Nothing more than yellow flowers where the german shepard pees.

Most likely if done by local LE or FBI. This likely would be done at the switch, be it Cell Phone or wireline. Things get digitized in a hurry nowadays once it passes the local loop/Cellphone tower-- once it's bits it's easy enough to make a copy.

Not sure if this has been mentioned in this context (haven't read the whole thread yet). When is it that NeJame started as Tim's lawyer?

NeJame also stated that he hoped R Krunk (the MR) would get reward money from an "unknown donor".

Nov. 8 TES was back but only searched IIRC for a day maybe 2 and then left again

Dec. 2 TES and LE announced that they believed that Caylee was not findable.

Dec. 2 GA announces that THEIR PI'S WERE CLOSE to bringing Caylee home.......

TES search 11/8-11/9-11/10 I was there all 3 days and Tim went to NC that evening. LELE? a WS'er was involved in the NC search

Yes, I searched with Tim & his crew in NC on Saturday. They wound up the search in Lawndale on Sun around 3p. They also had a search going on the same wkend with other TES folks in another part of the state.

I had a thought that amused me on this...

What if the PI's were "bugged" / wiretapped, not the Anthony's? That would be the motivation to allegedly "clean" the Anthony home, after LE went there.

If I were LE/FBI, that's where I'd go. PI's aren't particularly sympathetic characters, next to greiving GPs.

Didn't the "leak" say that the Anthony family members weren't going to be charged? How about the PI's instead?

We have seen LE say that people were not going to be charged right up until the second they put the cuffs on them. IIRC, this happened to Casey! LOL I can still see JB getting all upset because they didn't allow him to take her in.
