I want everybody to know that I picked this site because of the seriousness and the above average dialect between the participants. You are all great thinkers and compassionate people.

Tony, would you revoke bail if you considered that Casey would be more of a suicide risk at home than she would in jail?

I will always be open to any situation that may change here either shortly or long term. I know it soesn't sound pretty but I respect the bail industry and would only send a gloomy cloud into our business. It is difficult at times but I feel important. The security situation is a difficult one. To quote my uncle we will just have to overcome!

I hear you. We will be watching with avid interest. I work with bail bondsmen in California frequently and have a great respect for them. I just don't want to see you be used by Casey like this. I understand your doing this for Leonard, for Caylee and for your industry. Best of luck to you.

Mr Padilla,

3 PART QUESTION

On last nights Nancy Grace show (8/26) Leonard stated that the 50k he put up for Casey's bond is "spent money". I took that to mean that he wasn't getting it back.

My question is what is going to happen to the 50k once this case runs it's course?

Under normal circumstance since you are the bondsman wouldn't that mean that you would be the person who collects the 50k premium once this case is settled?

If so, did you and your Uncle Leonard have any agreement prior to the bond being written to return his 50k after you collect it?

Please don't take this question the wrong way

I think I am suffering from a case of hero worship for your uncle. He's awesome. I love someone who isn't afraid to say what he's feeling like he does and he just pulls at my heartstrings when you can see how much compassion he is feeling for little Caylee. I think this has probably changed him forever also. Even tonight, his concern was with her parents. He is a truly kind soul.

Truly he is devastated. It's hard for me to talk to him right now because he is so defeated and sad.

Tell him he should not feel defeated - he tried. You both did - and that is to be commended. You both should feel proud for stepping up.

We are hearing that you are having increasing threats. How serious a concern is it?

not asking for specifics, lol.

There are bond costs which must be paid and legally Leonard will not get it back. There was no agreement because that would have been illegal. I love my uncle but he's not worth going to jail for and if I do go to jail does anybody know a good bondsman?

Thank you Tony for answering my previous questions... I believe this my last one, although I cant promise... Have you signed any legal agreements in regard to Casey's bail or in regard to confidentiality with any of Casey's legal team or family?

Truly he is devastated. It's hard for me to talk to him right now because he is so defeated and sad.

Please tell him there are lots of people out there whose lives he touched. I thank you too for coming here and I think you have values that we all respect. I believe you have quite a bit of your uncle in you! Now where's your hat? LOL

Channel 9 also reported that "Concrete results were back from FBI DNA tests on physical evidence found in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car. The samples, which included hair that investigators said was scientifically linked to Caylee, a stain and dirt, came back positive for signs of decomposition. Investigators said more results were expected from tests done on other evidence but all indications are Caylee Anthony is dead"

To me, the hair is as big, if not bigger, concern than the air samples, but this has not been widely reported.

Do you know any more about this?

Thanks in advance!

Listen to the news video.
