according to Tony Pippitone, Channel 6 Orlando news. Coming up at 11 p.m. he says he has an exclusive interview with someone who was not on the witness list. That is all I heard in the teaser a few minutes ago. If anyone wants to watch and comment on it. I don't see anything on their website yet.

It's 11:35 pm, anything yet from the Channel 6 news/Pipitone interview?

No linky so if you decide to poof my post, I understand.

In the June 13th issue of the nat enquirer, they wrote about the dt's side trying to get George to commit suicide (for real) so it would take it all off of Casey as they could blame George and a dead man can't be questioned and that is the strategy to get ms ICA off the hook.I did buy that copy and if need be, I'll write it word for word tomorrow. It about made me ill.
moo.
The issue I have is dated March 29, 2010 and has "Rehab for Whitney" on the cover.

I'm going back now and re-reading it completely

BBM It is *very* contradictory. Something stinks really bad. Don't know why but I am thinking of JW and (that woman from Mendham NJ who claimed she searched with TES, forget her name.) This is what the DT has been doing these past 3 years. If you can't find authentic witnesses, then you create them. :cow:

BBM

Laura Buchannan.

Yep, the DT has all those credible witnesses to choose from. :floorlaugh:

I'm really confused about this woman's testimony. She said under oath in her deposition no affair. Now she say she is not happy they used her in their opening statement but yet is now going to be honest in her testimony for the defense and admit there really was an affair. Sounds a bit contradictory to me. If she is mad at the DT, why would she care about all the sudden telling the truth? She's already denied it under oath, why admit it now only to get herself in trouble for lying under oath.

Tomorrow is going to be an interesting day.

I guess some people just really have a need for their 15 minutes of fame. Good luck to her as her life will most likely never be the same, but IMO she asked for it.

Well, now. She will go on the stand and admit she lied under oath. Great start.

In the interview she says she does not believe George was involved with any drowning and she does not believe the molestation charges. It appears that the SA will be able to nullify any damage done to them by this witness without any trouble at all.

Sounds to me like she might actually HELP the state's case. I mean if she sticks to her beliefs that he is not a pedophile and did not molest Casey and
did not cover up a drowning, then the worst she can say is they had an affair.
That just makes him human and imperfect, imo.

I do not see her advancing the DT case that much unless there is more hidden dirt we don't know about yet.

I didn't follow anything about this River woman. Strange that she would have a relative in jail with Casey and volunteer at the same place as George was spending his time, ending up having an affair with George and then recalling that he said Caylee's death was an accident. Seems almost too convenient for Baez and his drowning narrative. Didn't Casey say many of the women down at the jail knew Baez? Isn't that how she got his name in the first place?

Yeah, it is really weird, and at this point I wouldn't put it beyond Baez's scruples to orchestrate this.

OMG..............that has to be the the worst thing I've ever heard - to ask a defendant's father to commit suicide so they could blame him! This, more than anything, shows the extent of the means this DT will go! :banghead:

ya know.....if this were to ever be made into a movie....none of it would make any sense!!

Ain't THAT the truth! I keep saying that if someone had written this people would say, "What garbage! This isn't even slightly believable!"

BBM: Yep -- it is STRANGE -- VERY STRANGE !

:waitasec: I don't believe in coincidences ...

What are the "chances" that River's sister would be in jail with ICA ... and then River "volunteers" at the same place George was at for the search for Caylee ... and then he ends up having an affair with this woman who "just happened" to be a "volunteer" and "just happened" to have a sister in jail with ICA ?

MOO MOO MOO ... naw ... NOT a coincidence in my book ...

maybe the DT is just trying to get HCJP to say ENOUGH!! It is OVER....mistrial!! Isn't that what they want?? Well, if they keep going like this....I dunno.......has there ever been an atty that just keeps on and on and on pushing the judges buttons like this??

Nah... JP will keep his cool until after the trial, I predict.

That cross-exam is going to be entertaining, to say the least. Honestly, I am sitting here with a grin a mile wide right now. lol

I think it will be LDB doing it though. She takes most of the non-experts and I think JA is pretty busy right now...reading reports and deposing folks. ;)

If KH thought she had it bad with all the public bashing of her last year and she tried to commit suicide, I just wonder what kind of reaction she will have after the SA get through with their cross exam.
Lillian Glass talked to RC last year and she felt that RC was being truthful. Who knows.:waitasec:

Truth and Respect, Camcneishg -

as regards BBM above -when has there not?

If the DF asked him to commit suicide, wouldn't that be equivalent to murder? That would be downright evil and bizarre and I really don't buy it.

I remember the sister Skye, I think, saying in an interview that she thought George created "Zenaida" after meeting she and her sister. She was using the last name alias "Benhaida" with the media. For a minute, the talking heads and reporters ran with it; no way could that be a coincidence! Exactly, not a coincidence, just a transparent lie to fool the talking heads and reporters into paying for interviews before they even took the time to vet and run name checks. And, it worked... Investigative journalism at it's finest...:floorlaugh:

I would pay money to see LDB cross-examine this...woman.
