One thing we should keep in mind with all the circumstantial evidence surrounding Heinrich, is that he did admit to failing a lie detector test when questioned about Jacob. I know it's not evidence, but in light of everything else...

We can't always imagine how there could be coincidences. They do happen. However, a child molestor with a similar shoe and tire car print at the very site of an abduction. Anything is possible. But seriously, what are the odds.

Here is how I see the use of a mask-

If I'm going to use a mask to disguise myself I probably don't want to be seen at all. He is thinking and taking precautions. So why then take the mask off to slowly drive into a lighted farm site with the abducted victim?

We can't always imagine how there could be coincidences. They do happen. However, a child molestor with a similar shoe and tire car print at the very site of an abduction. Anything is possible. But seriously, what are the odds.

Could just be a coincidence that the fbi entered into court evidence that places Heinrich at the scene. Right?

Speaking of the mask, I'm glad he didn't choose a plastic kids Halloween mask. My brothers had some human faced He-Man masks with a stretchy string that went around the back of the head. A mask like that would be creepy to discuss years down the road. And so close to Halloween...

Here is how I see the use of a mask-

If I'm going to use a mask to disguise myself I probably don't want to be seen at all. He is thinking and taking precautions. So why then take the mask off to slowly drive into a lighted farm site with the abducted victim?

Refer to Case Facts #4 where Trevor describes the mask as "one of those nylon things". I have 2 thoughts on this:

1. Once the perp has Jacob in the vehicle, he still does not want to be identified. However, he has to remove his mask to drive. So he orders Jacob to turn away and cover his eyes. He can now make his getaway.
2. The perp leaves the pantyhose mask on but orders Jacob to cover his eyes so as to not be identified by anyone that may be in the farmhouse. But this makes driving difficult so he must drive more slowly.

I think it's #1. And he's confident that he knows where to go as he's already been there once before....but in a different vehicle. JMO....but I think it's possible that Heinrich was the afternoon driver perusing the neighborhood. And perchance he returned to that area later that night but that begs the question: why return to that neighborhood? We've seen that there may have been other boys in the neighborhood of interest to Heinrich...OR....maybe Heinrich was the one watching at Jacob's hockey practice that day(the one who gave Jerry Wetterling the uneasy + panicky feeling) and followed them home and knowing the road was a dead end....he exited on DR's driveway. Just another thought

IMHO....I would use the word "preponderance" as opposed to the word "coincidence".

I know it is wrong to make a decision against anyone with the amount of information we have, but we do have 26 years of a picture to look at and this picture is telling me that DR was busted big time when kevin came forward.

The arrest of Heinrich was truly amazing, they accounted for the the number one other guy that could have done it, but until last year didn't even know for sure he did Jared. I think when they talk again we'll hear how they thought it was heinrich for the first 15 years.

It all makes zero sense. Heinrich is a child sex offender. His prints seem to be there. Yet, LE goes with DR. Multiple LE. Makes nk sense.

I can assure you once again that DR is innocent of this crime that is all I can say.

Just so im clear on this... you believe that the same person who abducted me is not the same perpetrator in the paynesville incidents or jacobs case ?
