Somewhat true, the farm wasn't searched and DR wasn't talked to enough that night. They also ignored kevin that night at the tom thumb when he says he told a cop that he was just at the scene. But they continue to be in charge using the resources they have and Sanner has said that "we can't look back" we must keep searching for the answer of Where is Jacob?

Oddly enough, all they had to do was to look back.

The biggest problem is at the time this was all happening, law enforcement departments were not connected in a way that facilitated communication. Today we have computer databases and more connectedness.

What was going on with molestations and the JS abduction not that far from St. Joseph seemed to be out of the realm of awareness of those dealing with the JW abduction.

What will Jared do (WWJD)? Jared Scheierl has one month to take legal action against Danny Heinrich pursuant to the Minnesota Child Victims Act.

Perhaps the sole survivor is the only person who can bring closure to the Jacob Wetterling case.

Or, perhaps the Wetterling case will remain forever frozen until someone outside of law enforcement, outside of news media, outside of social media, and outside of the public eye raises the Reichsschwert to pierce the tarnished crown of the hinterland's Germanic tribesmen.

Facts that tie Heinrich to Jacob Wetterling-

1. Named a POI in the investigation in 2015.

2. A tire track and a footprint are consistent with a shoe and tire recovered from Heinrich.

3. He told the boys to run and not look back or he would shoot, the same command as in Jareds case.

4. In both cases there was a sexual assault.

5. The tire from heinrichs car that is consistent with tracks on the driveway is also the same type of car DR said he saw turn around in front of his house that night.

6. Heinrich maintains he never assaulted Jared like he maintains he didn't take Jacob. DNA says he did take Jared.

3. LE asked him to confess

4. He searched his outbuildings alone and did not report the car he saw two hours earlier until he had gone to sleep and to work the next morning. If two investigators hadn't showed up to question him, when were we going to find out about that car from the only witness to a vehicle?

5. Three searches of his property with some items confiscated that were last said to be awaiting advsncement in tech. LE is barred from discussing this.

6. LE told him he changed his story, why?

7. He was named and remains a POI from 2010.

8. LE has said they have accounted for all of the cars in the area that night.
