Suspicious behavior of Haleigh Cummings father

Hi TxLady2.. I'm going on the presumption Misty picked up Haleigh and drove off in the opposite direction of the MH..
It has also been mentioned Ron C showed up at the bus stop too and was told Misty had picked up Haleigh and he went looking for Misty..
If It is true TN offered to pay Misty to babysit and she said payment was not necessary, and she would do it if it was OK with Ron, perhaps TN had not cleared that with Ron...I can imagine him being rageful enough to go after Misty with Haleigh in that van... No telling what happened when he caught up with Misty...
Also, IF that is the case, and I'm not saying for certain it is, (just my theory as to what may have happened) I suspect TN views herself, to a certain degree, as being somewhat responsible for whatever it is that happened to Haleigh that afternoon also...That could be another explanation as to why she praised Misty to high heaven after Haleigh's disappearance..

Can you imagine knowing your granddchild met with a horrible accident because you over stepped your boundaries and took it upon yourself to give someone the go ahead to watch that child w/o clearing it with your own child? JMO

Good points. It's possible, of course, and at this point, I'm not ruling anything out 100%. I'm just saying that IF a bullet is what killed Haleigh, then there would have to be some evidence somewhere. Gunshot wounds usually cause a lot of blood. I believe that van was examined, as well as the purple car at the time, am I correct?
TN may be feeling some guilt, but ultimately Ron should have made certain that Misty was fully capable of watching the kids that night. They were his responsibility, after all. But yes... I would be devastated if I turned down a plea to watch my grandkids and then something horrible happened to one of them because of an incapacitated girlfriend. And I wouldn't have been on t.v. praising that g/f either... I would have been wringing her neck!

IMHO .. We are not only dealing with a very stupid person, we are dealing with a crazy person..... I believe several people have witnessed Ron C put a gun in his own mouth and he also told Cobra and TM that he would put a gun in Misty's mouth... and blow her teeth out of the back of her head...God ONLY knows how many people he has threated with a gun...JMO

True... but when that gun-in-the-mouth incident occurred, I have the feeling that he knew it wasn't loaded. SURELY he is not stupid enough to point a gun and fire if his "heart" was standing in the line of fire. Would he?
Oh, geez... that's really hard to picture.
I see your point, though, and it's a valid one. We cannot ignore ALL posibilities at this point, and when this case is finally solved, we might all be in for a big shock... and some of us might be sitting here nodding our heads and saying,
"I knew that's what happened all along."
I'm not much concerned with being right or wrong... I just want justice for Haleigh and whoever is responsible to pay, and pay dearly!!

True... However, you and I were raised by fathers who taught us gun safety from early on and would probably shoot us for poaching.

I don't remember ever handling a gun till after I was grown. My dad kept his shotgun in a rack over the door.. we never touched it. He was not a hunter... it was there for protection.

It's my understanding that when the heart stops beating, there is no longer any outward bleeding. Maybe I'm wrong. If this is the case, instant death would produce little blood. Was the gun found in the culvert, the type that produced a big bang, or a little pop? It would be hard to fire some guns without neighbors hearing it go off. I was just wondering if this question had been answered and I missed it?

Dragging us back to the task at hand (and sorry for dragging us off),

Why does he keep talking about shoving it (gun) down people's throats (his or other person's)? This is very aberrant behavior.

I won't pretend to be a psych profiler or analyzer, but it seems like he has learned that it gets results when he threatens to do it to himself.

I have to bring up one other incident that just screams out to me of rage.

During the Haleigh's Closet event, rather than come up there and donate the school supplies, say hello to Haleigh's family, and make a brief statement to the media,

He put the supplies in the box and then, only barely managing to cover his rage, hammered the stake into the ground in front of Crystal's event, advertising his own "vigil" and balloon release.

This guy is just so eat up with... something - rage, envy, IDK, but,

He ain't gonna let Misty or Tommy or Joe just slide if they did something to HIM.

I readily admit I don't too much of anything about guns..I do know guns don't all sound alike when fired though...And I do know different guns inflict different type wounds...
And to my knowledge, not many here adhere or subscribe to my theory that Haleigh was accidentally shot by her father due to his out of control behavior...but I don't have a problem with that being the case.. It's what I feel and think happened...May I add, Ron C's actions and the actions of his family, or shall I say non actions, have only served to strengthen my resolve... JMO

I think it's a case of abduction by a very bad enemy, and RC and MC will both be charged with obstruction because they wouldn't admit to what they have done to cause this type of retribution.

Just a friendly reminder to check the name of the thread. :)

That statement of misty's at the LVA haunts me. Between the blood in the van (brought up for no reason) and the gun being put in her mouth (brought up for no reason), it appears that both may have occurred. She rambles on to describe the blood as proabably "Deer blood" and that if a gun was put to her mouth she'd be real sceered.

..I can certainly see rc putting a gun in her mouth.....with no problem. I am willing to believe that he did exactly that to her.
..Why did she even mention "blood" in a vehicle?...to throw us off, or to explain a stain?

By looking at the length of this tread for suspicious behavior of Ron, its length should tell us all who is most likely a culprit.

NayNay dropped Misty off at her brothers to "babysit the kids" but before she did, Misty asked NayNay if she had a condom because Ronald told her to bring one...~

Such an odd thing to come up...was RC pimping out MC? Wouldn't be surprising with the lifestyle going on with this bunch, and it would be a way for MC to make money since she really had no other skill or job experience. and would be a reason for someone to be in the MH when RC was at work. Could have been the 'squeaking' couch jr heard. Could be why they don't want to admithe truth of that night because it is so low-life to do with kids around even they are smart enough to know they will be blamed for bringing it all on themselves if that type of thing was going on.

Any boyfriend that really gave a crap about MC would not have taken her back at all knowing what she was doing out on her 3 day binge in prior days. If that didn't bother him, then maybe letting her have sex for money wouldn't bother him either. As long as he got his cut, and the bonus of a live in babysitter.

You could look at it another way too, maybe MC kept all that to herself, not telling RC or anyone else...for obvious reasons of self-preservation.

Hmmmm.

Darn it, I can't see it.

Elle this is just that old video where LE needed a maternal DNA sample, Crystal had gone to a doctor's appointment and the media began screaming that she was "missing" had "taken off when asked for a dna sample" and general misinformation for the sake of getting viewers.

TJ Hart is interviewed.

If I told you what I think of that video, I would be banned.

It was designed for people who choose to believe everything jounalist (dare I use the word) put out there for sensationism.

Concerning rc and what we know now, we can safely say that everything Geraldo asked rc that day was very likely asked with good information to support his questions. We now know that rc will outright lie to the camera even when the questions are supported with facts. RC's behavior was very suspicious when he appeared with GR. He appeared to be "under the influence" and was trying very hard to control himself. His voice was cracking and struggling not to emit any outbursts or anger. His MO was obvious. He wanted to get even with the people that told GR this and threatened to tell LE on them. He uses LE to his advantage whenever he is being persecuted by anyone. I find this behavior very odd. In saying that, it appears this is the way the people in the Cummings Clan operate. They will retalitate, even if it means getting LE to getcha if they cannot do it in their very unique way.
