Only if she wanted to make it look like she was covering for no one she could have done just that, supposing she thought they could manage not to incriminate her son.

IDK. I'm still on the fence about TN. The voice message to Tim Miller about cracking Misty, getting in contact with TES... It makes sense to me that she'd be very suspicious about Misty and wanting to have her tell the truth. I have had a lot of sympathy for her, and in the beginning she seemed genuine in her feelings.

But her glowing endorsements of Misty as a brilliant caretaker and a better mom than anyone, and how Haleigh wanted this marriage had a false ring to them, and what was up with the tale that she wanted to contact TES but left it to Ron to decide if he wanted to do it or not? WTH was up with that? Why would a grandmother ever think that a father could possibly not want to have his child searched for?

I am not going to give my thoughts on the NG show from last night. Ron lives with his grandmother (ASykes) as a matter of fact RC, MC & JR are living with granny Sykes in Walaka. As far as RC working, he is not working right now ( asteady job anyways, rumor is that he is working side jobs) and doesn't know if he can. (emotional distress from HC being gone, is my guess)

I have been called Mizz V....by her and RC and and other's even LE when I am up there.

i think it is just a respectful way of speaking to people. In my opinion, it is just annoying the way it is said. I think it is good that they are atleast saying Mizz. (Miss.) That shows respect.

I see plenty of meat in what is going on...Once all the BS is slaughtered...there is going to be a lot exposed and then the truth will all finally come out.

Quite frankly, I do not agree with TN's handling of this, but I have never had a child stolen... she is doing what she believes in, thru all the BS, too get to the bottom of WHO took Haleigh.

The MEDIA blitz on National TV....at this time.... will eventually expose the truth.

Just because Teresa hasn't been on television means nothing. We don't know what she has been doing to bring Haleigh home. Looks to me like she has been running her own investigation towards that end.

I think TM knows what EXACTLY what is going on...TES will still be involved in finding HaLeigh and the TRUTH. TN would not contact NeJames and others just as a way to deflect the truth and save her son's butt....They all know what is important and that is to find HaLeigh...........

In this case seems it's...Like Son...Like Mother. I believe she also stated.. "I don't know", like her son has umpteenth times..IMHO.. She didn't fair well in her attempt to cover her own rear..I'm wondering why NG didn't play that message she left for TM..JMO

I thought she did a very good job and she is getting Haleigh back in the news.

At the end of the show NG even referred to one of her people she was recogonizing as 'Miss Mary'. Quite the sign of respect in the South.

Some parts, yes, Whisp.

I'm happy to say that I've lived in the South since 1976. My children were raised here in Georgia - and we raised then as Southerners.

In my experience calling an older person "Miss ...." or "Mr ...." is a sign of respect and/or friendship. Calling a contemporary or younger person "Miss...." or "Mr...." is a sign of friendship. Calling a younger person "Little Miss...." or "Little Miss Priss" is a sign of affection.

Polite, but less intimate is the use of "Ma'am". IMO, "Ma'am" would've been more appropriate in responding to Nancy Grace.

However, IIRC, Nancy Grace lives in NYC now and probably doesn't get called "Miss Nancy" very often. She probably warmed to it. That's why, IMO, Ron and TN's frequent use of the term "Miss Nancy" was manipulative.
