Hmmmm. So you call to make an appointment for Kyron because he's been:
"Staring off into space. Can’t remember anything. Walks into the room and then back out, stopping to stare and then move on" and the doctor says, over the phone, he might be having seizures so lets see him next week?? Really?? No immediate workup??

Yeeeaaaa. No. If it were ANYthing neurological with a child, not only would they want to see him ASAP, the whole family would likely get a heads up that "it could be nothing, could be something". Sorry, I've been through too many family illnesses and this sounds hinky.

Ok... if her "receipts" from FM stores checked out.. why would police need surveillance footage? IMO, she could have saved certain receipts, but not others. She might have paid in cash in a separate transaction possibly.

It takes one minute to check to see if the med is in stock and if not she could have made impulse purchase like lollipop as they were walking out.

And conveniently she saved the receipt for a lollipop?

Well I have had recent experiences in this subject. I like to shop deals and just this past week I had a 3 day coupon for Walgreens for 20% off store brand. There were also running a buy one get one free on Walphed and a special on Waldryl. I bought the last 2 packages of Waldryl and the last 3 packages of Walphed and then went to another Walgreens to stock up more. If I did not have a tight timeline of where I needed to be one morning it would not be a big deal for me to travel to another Walgreens even if there were other stores I could stop at on the way because I wanted to get the meds for a good deal.

You got it! And like my son, Kyron would most likely have electrodes hooked up to his head to look at the brain activity (darn it's late, forgot what the test is called). But it's done in a hospital and it took a long time!

So his GP would refer him to a neuro (as most insurance companies require), then they would do the test. They can't really tell by looking at a child if they are having seizures. That's how my son was diagnosed with familial tremors (seizure type movements that are not really seizures). His condition causes a rhythmic, moderately rapid tremor (shaking) of voluntary muscles.

I'm not sure I'm buying the story -- Kaine and D would have certainly mentioned something so serious -- like Kyron being referred to a Neuro. And there's no way I would have waited a week!

Best,

Mel

It's called an EEG.

I guess I find it hard to believe that Terri, or anyone else, would lie about the doctor's opinion (seizures) or appointments when it is SO easy for LE (or even Kaine or Desiree) to verify the information... This especially seems questionable to me if she premeditated harming Kyron...

Maybe she did call the doc, and got an opinion - based on her account of his symptoms. Maybe she didn't want him to go to that appt the next week to be tested for fear of what they might find (if she was causing it). All speculation of course, JMO.

The doctor would remember this discussion. This concern of Terri's - if brought up with the doctor - is back-up-able.

As Kyron's parent, KH would be able to sign a release form allowing the M.D. to share that info with LE.

What I wonder: was that claim of TH's medically verified or not?

To see if Kyron or anyone elese was with her imo.

With the many interview by LE, Terri must have told them the exact same info as in these E-Mails.

LE can verify if FM was out of the medicine Terri wanted that day!
LE can verify with the Dr. if Terri called and if he gave a possible diagnosis of petit mal seizures - or absence s.

LE can verify the second purchase at FM where Terri bought the medicine.

So what is it people aren't believing? TIA

Is there a source/link with this info? I missed this.

She could have stopped at hundreds of places from 7-11s to markets to CVS etc etc like concerned mom's would do. WHY FRED's with a sick kid? Who cares? It's about the kid. Terri wanted to be tracked? via cammy or receipt? But 7-11s do that. Whew...a lot of stuff here, crimesters.

IMO

True, she could have been video'd or have a receipt from any of these places... Sometimes people prefer certain stores (I know I do, lol!)...

Well, if LE has her computer, maybe she researched children's illnesses online and found the perfect one to suit a missing child. Since the child doesn't recall having the seizure, it cannot be too difficult to convince a doctor that something may be going on, and to get a referral to a neurologist. String the symptoms together, say others have noticed it, what could it be, and voila!

“The past 2 weeks he’s been acting really weird. Staring off into space. Can’t remember anything. Walks into the room and then back out, stopping to stare and then move on."

Any medical people here? Does that sound like a reaction to some kind of trauma or traumatic experience? Any other conditions that cause these symptoms?

Kyron had to present his project that AM right? Wouldn't people notice if he didn't remember his project was about a frog? I'm having a difficult time with these symptoms in that nobody noticed them. moo

Okay here is a map of Fred Meyer locations.

First of all, to get to the gym you go off 158th and then onto Waterhouse where her Gym is.
There is a Freddie's VERY VERY close on 158th & Walker Rd. Like right down the road!

There is another FM on Beav-Hills Hwy/10, which she could get on 26, go down 217 and right off the exit is the FM basically.

Yes there is another FM down Beav-Hills Hwy/10 (or BHH as locals call it) which is close to the Albertson's she was rumored to have gone..

So, I don't know. She was in an area where she could have accessed so many stores along the way, easy access, why drive to another FM? The only thing I can think of is if it was prescription medicine and the one she went to was out? And her insurance card only worked at FM? Who knows....

I still stand by the fact that even if she knew that timeline so well, it's TMI..

And the whole email is her DEFENDING HERSELF..
Nothing about Kyron.
Nothing about missing him.
Nothing about how worried she is that he has been out all night in the cold.
Nothing Nothing Nothing..

Sorry, that email less than 48 hours or so from him missing, and her just defending herself answers any questions I ever had..

I was thinking they'd been to his regular doc (or peds) and she made appt for specialist?

This to me is interesting because these conversations/doc visits are verifiable. IMO.

Yep, this could be cleared up easily. Just check the doc's records, and call him or her in to testify to the grand jury.
