Remember it's been reported that bank records contradict the story she has told to LE. And there is no mention of Alberston's in this e-mail either. LE took surveillance video from the Albertson's on Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy.

Do any of the locals know if there is in fact a Fred Meyer off the Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy in Raleigh Hills, about a mile and a half from the Albertson's?

Yes

edit. address is 7700 SW Beaverton Hillsdale, Portland, OR‎ -

And from driving by it =)

The thought just occurred to me that if it's proven that there was an adult sitting in the white pick-up truck (seen by two witnesses) while it was parked at the school, and while Terri and Kyron were at the science fair...............Terri's emails become irrelevant as her emails don't include any mention of someone being with her that day!

How could she fail to mention that John or Mary Doe were with her that day? That person becomes highly important as that person can vouch for Terri.

I have wondered if the role of the accomplice might have been to provide Terri with an alibi - such as a receipt, and if one reason that LE asked for Fred Meyer video was to check whether Terri was actually at the store. Only thing is – if she had conned someone into unwittingly being an accomplice, they would have come forward.

I also suspect that her cell was pinging off of Sauvie Island at the very time she said she was at Fred Meyer.

Frankly, she could have had cell phones all over the place, and her laptop could be broadband mobil. LE knows.

IMO

This is the only thing in the emails that really stick out for me as possibly being off. Gosh your son is missing why not scream to the world he MAY be having seizures. that would be important medical information for anyone who had him, the bee allergy came out late as well why no mention of this condition? at that time or at any time it would be pressing info to get out there and obviously TH was thinking about it(even if it was not an officially diagnosed) as she emailed her friends detailing it

Exactly - exactly! Why haven't we heard about seizures before now? :waitasec: Why didn't she say anything during the press conferences?

omg - this is going to make me crazy now! This just takes the cake!

Absolutely right it does!

That was KAINE'S story he said he tells when people ask if Kyron was adventurous (well, I don't remember anything about 12 hours, just that he didn't get up and about until someone came in to get him).

Sounds like me. Not a morning person. Have never been a morning person.

Jules, I am really getting worried about this now as a possibility!

A crazy theory is creeping into my head, and I'm not prone to coming up with these, but what if there is a kernal of truth in all this - that there really was a doctor's appointment for Kyron coming up?

In order for them to figure out if he was having seizures, they would do blood work, and what if Terri realized the doctor would find out that she had been slipping drugs to Kyron over a long period of time?

So TH makes the appointment, but never intends for Kyron to keep it. She has to get him out of the way before it actually happens.

Or maybe the plan was for Kyron to see a child psychologist to rule out an emotional problem? She wouldn't want that either.

All this is conjecture - but my own gut feeling for a long time is that Kyron was old enough to start asking questions. Maybe he saw her giving too much medicine to the baby? Maybe he saw her sexting or saw her with other men? I just feel really strongly that TH felt that Kyron was some sort of threat to her own freedom to do as she pleased, so she had to get him out of the way. JMO

I would also like to know what info her 16 yr.old would have to offer, being sent out of the house and all.....:waitasec:

or even when the beestings and strawberry birthmark came up.
she's a piece of work (would love to use bad words here).

WOW, very good point. I hadn't thought of that either.

I got a feeling this case might actually get somewhere this week.

“I didn’t just drop him off, I spent time with him, took pictures and he was in safe hands I thought as I watched him walk down the hall. Kids saw him after I left. Teacher put him as absent at 10am. Someplace between 9-10 is when we think it happened. I have a receipt showing I was checked out at Fred Meyer 7 miles away at 9:12am. I went to another FM looking for meds for Kitty they didn’t have at the first FM. Then I was trying to get Kitty to…

… sleep in the truck for a few minutes, but no go, so off to the gym at 11:20. Out at 12:20. Home at 12:45. Kaine home at 2. Bus at 3:30. That was my day – they keep asking me. Now on my 5th interview with them…”

There's a fine line between not enough detail & too much detail.

IMO, referring to Fred Meyer as *7 miles away* is too much detail - and an odd detail at that, as far as I'm concerned. What did she do - set the trip-meter when she got into the truck & make a note of it for future reference? Or did she gauge the mileage on a reconnaissance drive the day before? Had she driven to that store so many times in the past that she knew it was exactly *7 miles away*? Why not simply mention the address of the Fred Meyer - as in *the Fred Meyer on such & such street*?

I have no idea how many miles the stores I shop at are from my home. I know how many miles my workplace is from my home (for auto insurance purposes, since if I drive under a certain number of miles to work & back my rates are reduced). But if I were asked how many miles QFC or Trader Joe's or Fred Meyer is from my house (all stores I frequently shop at), I would not be able to accurately say this store is such & such miles away. I would only be able to state which location I shop at.

Not that it hasn't been adequately described above but :twocents:

[ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fred_Meyer[/ame]

Fred Meyer, Inc. is a chain of hypermarkets founded in 1922 in Portland, Oregon by Fred G. Meyer. The company was one of the pioneers of one-stop shopping, eventually combining a complete grocery supermarket with a drugstore, clothing store, shoe store, fine jewelers, home decor store, home improvement center, garden center, electronics store, toy store, sporting goods store and more under one roof.

I don't know what the equivalent would be in other parts of the country. They also have a health food section, FWIW.

Generally, it is the neuro who requires it, and I'm fairly certain they don't care what sort of insurance you've got, as long as you've got it.

I agree with that, but it is possible his regular pediatrician would want to see him to make an initial assessment before referring him to a neurologist.

My son suffered what my mother (an incredible alarmist) thought were seizures when he was an infant (because occasionally he would shiver a teeny bit when sleeping). I knew that it wasn't anything, but called the pediatrician anyway. They saw us the same afternoon and the next morning we were having an EEG at the hospital, just to be safe (negative results, thank goodness).

So I think while ultimately he might be referred to a neuro, it might start off with a visit to his regular dr and perhaps even an EEG before the referral to a specialist. Note to Terri...be thinking about what *we* want to know and make sure you include it in any future emails! ;)

With all that detail, I'm surprised she doesn't mention the other person in her truck.

Other hinky things to me:

When she wrote that the teacher thought she was taking Kyron with K to an appointment, but really she was just going off with him to look at other exhibits. What??? Where would the teacher have gotten the idea that K even had an appointment, let alone that Kyron was, for some reason, accompanying them? Actually, I think I do know where the teacher might have goten that idea.

Her saying that someone saw Kyron with a "male chaperon" and two girls must not be true, since LE claims she was the last person to be seen with Kyron.

I think mentioning the Fred Meyer receipt is kind of weird instead of just saying "I went to Fred Meyer and left around 9:15." The timing is hinky and makes me wonder if someone else used her bank card at FM and got the receipt for her alibi. I wonder what items are on that receipt?

I don't think she was drugging Kyron, or at least not that morning. He looks very bright and alert in his picture. I don't know what to think of the mini-seizure part of her email, unless if she couldn't get people to believe a strange male chaperon kidnapped him maybe she could get them to believe he spaced out and wandered away.

I'm struck by the way her email mentions the coat and backpack which were objects of much speculation in this forum and probably others.

okay i havent had time to read all posts yet but can someone sum up for me how on earth we got to Th drugging/ poisoning people from those emails?? I'm lost on that...

.

But it was the next day! Kyron went missing on the 4th, and she was shooting e-mails on the 5th. I'd expect at least a few OMG's within 24 hours. I probably wouldn't be defending myself, but rather talking about finding Kyron to all my friends!

Nope - she talks about her alibi, and doesn't even mention the poor little guy missing. :(

MOO

Mel

Mel, my point is that all we saw/heard was snippets of what looked like 2 emails. That's all.

I would not expect her to say OMG! in every email, especially in ongoing conversations. If a friend had asked "what kinds of things are they asking you?" and she'd replied and then the friend had replied and then she'd said the thing about the times.

My friends and I can zip many emails back and forth in one day. We do not restate things in every email in a conversation, any more than you would say OMG I'M SO UPSET THAT ...... in between every two sentences in a verbal conversation.

I'm stressing that because I honestly think that folks who don't use email as ongoing conversations may not get how they are just..blips.

I'm so tired I'm not sure I'm typing straight.

Nite all, thanks for the good conversations!

Oh boy. There will be people in Portland up all night tonight.

imo

Well it's 3:23am here in North Carolina and I have almost been up all night. Think I'll sign off now. Keep sleuthing.

It's time to bring Kyron home and I hope and pray he is still alive.

How do we know that we saw the entirety of her emails? Just as debs was asking about--we saw nothing written about her mentioning the blogs and wanting to scream...

BBM

We didn't see the entire emails. If you look at the screen captures each of the quotes is followed by elipses ( ... ) to denote that the email continued on.

I am wondering if KATU plans on spreading the contents of the emails out over several days.

Generally, it is the neuro who requires it, and I'm fairly certain they don't care what sort of insurance you've got, as long as you've got it.

It most definitely does completely have to do with insurance. Sherbetjello was correct in her statement.

I had migraines for many years and had the same primary care doctor throughout those many years, but however
when my insurance changed as did the procedure for seeing my neurologist. With the first insurance I DID NOT have to have primary care referral to get appt with my neurologist, tho, after changing to the second insurance it changed and I began to have to have a referral from my primary care dr in order to get appt with neurologist and the insurance pay for the visit.

sherbet was 100% correct stating that the type insurance makes a difference between having to get referral and NOT having to get referral for specialty doctors...

Generally, a neurologist follow-up is made through referral only. I can't think of a time when I was able to see a neurologist without having a primary physician recommend.

When folks are saying this is easily verifiable, it should be a simple matter to ask Kyron's primary for the referral date. Or, even more expedient, ask for the name of the neurologist.

"I'm trying to imagine calling my grandson's ped and telling him "I think little man is having petit mal seizures" and him telling me, "Oh ok, we'll see him next week". Well, I certainly don't have to imagine my reaction

Now, it's quite possible that she had brought this up with the doc during a prior exam, and he made her an appointment with a pediatric neurologist. THAT would explain the questionnaire to bring in with them for the appointment. Without his ped's records and testimony, we really have no idea what the sequence of events were --- but again, I don't see his ped just brushing it off for a week.

That said... there ARE doctors who would ignore a seemingly urgent situation. Hopefully, not many... but they do exist."
