Sorry I don’t have the patience to answer 50 questions like last time I managed 10 and gave up.

I can’t stand haggis you couldn’t pay me to eat it. Just knowing what it is makes me want to be sick. I only eat beef no chicken, pork, turkey or seafood. I was seriously ill a few years back with compylobacter food poisoning from chicken because my immune system is weaker I was warned to watch what I eat.
This^I wouldn't eat it either and I'm not keen on neeps, but I do love tatties!

Well I had to look up the haggis neeps and tatties recipe, ooohh and with a whiskey sauce. It sounds delicious!
There’s a couple of sausage makers at the Italian market in Philly. Favorites were blood sausage, a German liver with orange zest sausage, and the best seafood sausage I’ve ever had...
I make a pretty good chicken liver and sherry creamy pate.
