I am 199% sure that NO parent can look at their beloved 6 year old child, dead, stiff with rigor, trussed up with cords, under a blanket in a windowless, damp basement cell and and think "she looks peaceful". WTAF?

Not to repeat but I will, Reverand Haverstock stated that when JR came up the stairs with the body he said "I don't think he meant to kill her, he wrapped her in a blanket" and to Ardnt "this is an inside job" and PR to Barbara Fernie, "we didn't mean for this to happen" and "can't you fix this for me?" as if asking her to sew a button back onto a shirt.

FW dismisses the intruder theory. He was there. He has followed this case more closely than anyone else and perhaps his has the best first hand opinion on the matter.

Some great discussions. Early in the blog history of this case, we would discuss evidence on CNN's early news site. We believed that the Rs had paid trolls or even family members to derail discussions. Generally they would deride evidence and motives and turn the board into a sockpuppet theater of the absurd. Scarlett faux pediatrician was likely there as well, same speech patterns. And there was always a slightly more reasonable good cop who would ask questions like "what if the child on the 911 was JBR". Suffice it to say, I am grateful the ratio of truth to trolls has finally bent towards justice.

:welcome::greetings: Howdy! Trolls suck! I have no problem with other theories, however, when they are aggressive like some have been... it makes me want to scream lol

I'm so glad you repeated it! It speaks VOLUMES. No wonder Linda Arndt was calling for backup! Hell I can't blame her. I'd be counting my bullets too!

Excuse my interuption of any discussion going on, but I'm still reading thread #1 and only on page 4 of 18! And just wanted to comment on a couple things from here.

I know many older brothers that have little sitters and they are VERY protective of them.
I want people besides JR or L Lin Wood to defend Burke yet NO ONE does.

Dr. Phil did.... :D

In Kolar's book in (I believe) Part Four, he details that a friend - I believe it was Ms Stine? - overheard Burke chatting with her son about how JBR was strangled, and the timing was before Kolar expected the Ramseys would have been privvy to those details. She was disturbed by the tone and content of the conversation, but when questioned about it again, she denied it or wouldn't speak or something to the effect.

Yes it's true, it was the Stine's son, and I suppose he'd be the same age or close to the same age as Burke. I will look in Kolar's book to see if the GJ talked to him.

My son, who is something of a genius, thinks that the B in SBTC is a reference to Burke. A small internal confession by Patsy that helped her salve her conscience. Likely something like Save Burke Thru Christ. The psychology of it compels. She would believe herself to be beyond judgement of mortals. The note itself is actually fawning towards JR, respecting him and his company and admonishing him not to go all Die Hard on the group.

I wonder if John Ramsey will put together any TV specials on this case in response to the CBS one? Of course there was the A&E special but that aired before. The HLN special (this Friday) looks to be pro-Ramsey. They are looking at Santa McReynolds as the possible perp. Also bringing back Linda Hoffman Pugh as a possiblity. Is John behind it? It's been announced on Paula Woodward's website for a while now...It's possible John is behind both A&E and HLN...one to air before CBS, the other to air afterwards.

If BR is too young to be charged with wrongful killing, then that contradicts any motive the parents would have for covering for him.

Not necessarily. The same motive would exist for him as for them: to avoid public shame and possible family estrangement.

And there is no evidence that would stand up in court of any prior abuse from BR to JB. There's a bit said here to back up that idea, but on closer inspection it is mainly speculation.

"Speculation," my eye. The only thing against it is there's no sure way to tell which did it without an eyewitness, confession, or victim statement.

I agree. I also thought it was telling. Usually, people who die violent deaths LOOK like people who die violent deaths.

It just bugs the heck out of me that they don't mind throwing all these people under the bus time and time again, yet God forbid anyone turn that pointed finger back at them and they get sue happy! :notgood:

You can count me in with that!

Howdy Niner!!! :seeya:
Can't wait to watch and read!

Just finished reading a blog of someone whose halfway through it. Don't waste your time. "New evidence" is the baseball bat, photos of the back of the house & the floor plan [emoji849]
Leans heavy toward "intruder" with ridiculous claims other doors & windows & balconies as entry points.

Dear Baby Jesus... :banghead:
I mean that ain't new! Wth. *le sigh*

I'm working on a better version on the transcript of the Case of JonBenet Part 1. I didn't put as much effort into it as I should have. With that said...
This group of experts are simply wonderful. I think it's the closest most will ever get to being a fly on the wall in the trenches of an investigation.
They really impress me. I can't help but wonder what is in those other two hours! One thing is for sure..... there's no fluff and few commercials.
Plus every thing they say needs to be quoted because it's all important. Taking a break for the night though because my brain hurts lol! :truce:
