Personally I don't blame Allison for not wanting to spend time with the inlaws. My inlaws are also South African and whilst they're good people, they can be very overbearing e.g. "our way is the only way". I would bet my bottom dollar the relationship with Nigelaine was the same. Except that these guys were rotten to the core.

Yes, it is a fair comment Trooper. As soon as I saw that image of TM, my first thought was, she cuts a lonely figure. There was no-one sitting beside her in the car, holding her hand, giving her support etc. I just wonder if the penny has actually dropped into TM's brain yet that she was being played for a fool by Gerard Baden-Clay/Bruce Overland/GG. Did she really even know the bloke she was having an affair with for four years? I don't think so.

I was shocked when I saw the pic of her in the car.. ( what does she have on? a sort of tracky suit thingy on ?) .. she looked so...

I judge as I find and what I've seen of the Baden Clays has convinced me I would be doing all in my power to get my children and husband FAR away from them, as soon as possible

I met her at an open house once. She has a noticeable gap between her front teeth. Hubby and I referred to the property we saw as the "Gappy Girls" house. A bit different to Gorgeous Girl.

She was a silly fool in love. She had no inkling of what a rotter her lover was.

I considered that, but it was only $100,000.00 and she herself owned no property.... just the proceeds of the shared sale with her former partner.. $100,000.00 isn't a lot for a woman with 2 young boys and looking down the barrel at 40... ..

She loved the dream. It happens. She probably sees herself at the centre of an earthshaking love affair, like Wallis Simpson and the Abdicator, Taylor and Burton, Brangelina and all those penny-dreadful romance novels she must have read at some time and which her mind failed to purge

Maybe she's happy playing tragedy-queen, one of two glorious, star-crossed lovers? Maybe she'll tell and retell/relive it for the rest of her life ...

Then you remember she managed to earn a teaching degree and raise twin boys, find work outside her chosen field, sell and buy property, etc. So on some levels she's practical and competent

Doesn't seem to have sunk into her skull yet what a narrow escape she had

Agree absolutely vile thing to say but I also thought maybe she put her foot in it as prosecution followed up with questioning suggesting allison was pregnant and as well as nauseau and vomiting isn't bladder control also adversely affected by pregnancy hormones? I remember having to wee every 20 mins from when I was 5 weeks on
