3:23pm: Ms Ritchie added: "My instructions to Allison was [that] it was to be an expression of her feelings about the impact [of the affair] and what it had done to her. Gerard had so far not wanted to listen to Allison's feelings, because he felt that was in the past. I said he had to listen."

3:29pm: Ms Ritchie has been excused.

The court is now listening to the triple-0 call Mr Baden-Clay made on the morning he reported his wife missing.

The call was made at 7.15am.

"My wife isn't home. I don't know where she is," he told the emergency operator.

"I'm now driving the streets. My father has come over to look after the children."

3:30pm: The brief call ended with the operator saying a police patrol would be sent to Mr Baden-Clay's home.

The operator asked Mr Baden-Clay if he would be returning home.

Mr Baden-Clay said he would be returning home to get his children ready for school.
