Well, if it were an outright gift and not simply a loan, I can't see Rev. Grund being petty about getting it back just because there was a break-up. She and Jesse stayed close enough as friends after that for her to bum a shower and go to the beach at one point. But I'm not convinced of her cell phone story though. Just too many lies on top of lies for me to accept with no other proof.

Exactly. If you look at the list of her bill totals that JWG posted, in April of 2008 her bill was $354.04 which matches the amount she stole from her grandparents to "buy the Black Jack."

KC wasn't paying the cell phone bills so she didn't care. In fact, I bet she deliberately had a poor plan and ran up the bills just to stiff Cindy and George. She was out to get them one way or another. Actually, this is typical behavior when adult children are still on the dole and treated the same way they were treated as teens. There's a part of them that doesn't want to grow up because taking money is just so easy, and yet there's a resentment there because they want to be their own person. The problem is less the kids and more the parents who have simply made life too easy for these adult children.

This is what I thought from the first time this Black Jack story surfaced. All LE needed was to get the contract info from AT&T. Just another BS line to put in her story.

Having a business in Florida with 4 cell phones and independent numbers on each and not the best plan but one that worked well.....our bill was typically $370-380 per month. My only guess as to why her single bills for one / two phones is that either there were quite a bit of roaming charges or she just never bothered to sign up for any plan whatsoever. She had no expectation of paying so who cares what the cost? She also likely did not set up for unlimited texting and was charged for every in and outgoing message.

Wow. Good post. I'm guessing this would be part of the $4,000 Casey is alleged to have stolen from the family. I think maybe she took out credit cards in Cindy's name and used those to pay her bills. With all the credit card offers that come in the mail these days, if she was alone at home when the mail ran, she could have amassed 5 or 6 overdue credit card accounts before the bill collectors started calling.

She had to either be using the wireless card 24/7 and using way over the allowable data limit or had a extraordinarily expensive "pay per" plan.

Just throwing this in as a possibility. In Florida (and probably many other places), we have 2 ways to have a cell phone and go undetected. TracPhone, available at target. Nice cell phone..$14.99. Pay cash for phone. Activate anywhere, even a payphone. No name needed. Add 250 minutes for about $20.00. No roaming, talk all over U.S. 3 texts only use up 1 minute. Phone of choice for drug dealers, etc. down here. Do your dirty work and throw phone in canal. Time for next crime, just start over for $14.99.

Another is Metro PCS. Phones start at about $100. $45.00 a month unlimited calls, text, long distance, etc. No bills sent out. Phone shut off if one day late. Go to any Metro PCS store and pay bill by number, not name. When you buy the phone, they do have you fill out form, but no ID required. John Smith works fine. No questions asked.

So I know of 2 ways to go undetected. But as I type this, I am now wondering if a) KC would be smart enough to do this, and b) why would she do this? Instead of delete, will post anyway in case other players in this case could be communicating via above means so LE can't track who is talking to who. You know I forgot about her using the phone to gain internet. Our phone is a BB and our plan allows unlimited data transfer instead of buying a wireless card. In fact I was using it to gain internet on a drive back from Orlando last week. About 4 hours in the car. We even called ahead to verify no roaming but with the plan we changed to for our personal cells it was all included. Now....when I get the bill that may prove wrong. Hopefully not. KC literally is too stupid to do anything the "right" way. I mean ABSOLUTELY too stupid to pull it off. Her downfall will be her LAZINESS. Sure it took energy to spin her web of lies and keep the stories afloat but given her familial history regarding diarrhea of the mouth it was likely "effortless".

Casey had been claiming there was another cellphone that contained "Zenaida's" number. The phone wasn't exactly missing, but it appears she did have a Black Jack phone. This phone however was damaged by being "mishandled" by her seven year old neighbor "Carmen", and therefore she "trashed" it. {Is it possible that Caylee and Carmen could have been playmates; Carmen got a hold of Casey's "Black Jack" cellphone; dropped it damaging it beyond repair?}

Casey wasn't exactly lying about having a blackjack phone she just used it as a reuse that "Zenaida's" number was on it. Get the number, and you can contact "Zenaida" - no phone with a number, the reuse can continue.

This I believe is the true story about the "Black Jack" phone. Why would I believe this? A little thing known as Reverse Speech analysis (Messages from the unconscious mind embedded backward into speech). Through analysis with her conversation with Lee on 7-26-08 the following information through her reversals are revealed:

(Question: Did you ever call the baby sitter on your cell phone; ever receive a call from the baby sitter on your cell phone number? Casey's Answer: Most definitely did. (Question: Can you give me any day or anything whenever you think you might have received that?)

...I can't think of any specifics. I mean my days are all thrown together at least to know what the day is today...​

I've been a loyal AT&T (formerly Cingular) customer for 11 years now. Everytime I have went into the store to either upgrade my phone or my daughter's (family plan), part of the process has been a reveiw of the current plan to see if it still fits our needs. I cannot imagine KC going to the store to upgrade her phone (to a blackjack) and the salesperson NOT reveiwing her bills and suggesting a plan that would have better suited her useage needs!

Do we know if the rest of the A's also used AT&T? All 4 of them could have/should have been on the Family Plan.

Thank you SHAWNHS...... I have been facinated by all of your information. I have spent countless hours trying to link the MM name to others in this saga, drama, mystery. I hope that one day reverse speech is viewed as more mainstream. There is just too much facinating info to ignore or discount.

OK, I realize that 99% of what Casey Anthony says is a half-truth at best, still, I've been re-listening to Casey's phone call to Lee @ end of July that includes info on her other (i.e. "BlackJack") cell phone.

IF, we play along for a minute, and, indeed, there WAS another cell phone (i.e. "BlackJack" or other) Casey appears to be TRYING to tell Lee that she tossed her cell phone @ Universal Park when she was taken their by LE, 7/16. She indicates the last time she had it for "certain" was when she was in through the park "in through the park talking to a couple of mutual friends", and "it wasn't necessarily fun" and "not through work". At this point she knows the calls are made public and must try to get the point across indirectly.

She later indicates that these "mutual friends" are the ONLY ones she talked to about Caylee missing. The two names she gives are complete fabrications (oh, how ironic) and she disagree’s with the spelling of Juliet to try to clue Lee into what she is trying to tell him, but, he doesn't get it (i.e. the “mutual friends” are the LE that accompanied her 7/16)!

She also indicates "J Blanchard Park" as a potential place she lost it too to try to clue Lee into what she is trying to tell him - as in places she's been escorted around to w/ LE 7/15-7/16, but, he doesn't get it.

She is VERY emphatic about telling him how it might've been lost "that's the thing...if it fell out of my bag...if it fell out of my pocket [LONG PAUSE i.e. "DON’T YOU GET IT?!?!?].

My hope is that LE figured this out some time ago and retraced Universal route they took on 7/16 (i.e. Did she go to a restroom unmonitored?), and checked the lost-and-found @ Universal for any/all cell phones. IF there indeed was another cell phone Casey used, regardless of what type, it may have been tossed in a place where it would be hard to tie back to its original owner.

Casey may have stolen the second cell phone to use when she needed to go undetected, and, hence, didn't have a charger to use. J.P. Chatt immediately went shopping for an iPhone the day he returned from Puerto Rico, suggesting that something had happened to his phone.

J.P.’s phone records would be worth a search.

Dunno about the compatibility of the sim chip between Casey’s phone and the other phone. Maybe just a complete ruse there.

Exactly! I have not had a chance to go through all of this thread, however I think this is the first post that I have seen, that touches on my researches of this case.

I have analyzed KCs interview hundreds of times, trying to figure out what it is that she was trying to tell LE. "lies"? yes! she admitted to the lies, but was very specific about certain things even when they were trying to trip her up during the investigation. She very was specific that it was "those stairs".(at sawgrass)

For example: when I try to indicate something to my husband with a nod or my eyes, without coming out and saying it...so not to be heard (she knew she was being taped) my husband is supposed to understand my gestures and See or figure out what I am saying. Of course, he responds loudly WHAT? what are you trying to say?..so very frustrating.

What was she trying to show LE? what were they supposed to see?

KC repeated to LA something to the fact, that she gave them all the information they just didn't want to see it. She was very specific about the gates at universal studios.

The blackjack phone..I was thinking it Was owned buy a guy named Jack who is black.

And I have spent a lot of time with the two names she gave.. reversing the first and last name. Searching names of business that start with universal instead of universal studios...its been very interesting

There is something or someone who ties all of the places that she took LE to. The same managment,security,lawn care, or accounting company. Right now I am looking for the construction company that was working on appt 210 sawgrass appt. I once saw it on a list for permits on the web, now I cant find it again...can anyone help with the info.

I am aware that I am not among the majority in my thoughts on this case. My man hours a are mush less than everyone elses. However I didn't put much emphasis on KC originally because in my opinion the reason she was renting movies and clubbing is because she KNEW who her child was with. It wasn't until I heard about the death penalty that have been pulled (a driving force) to get involved. There are times that I read something that I think she did it. yet keep moving on and then I am not so sure.

I know I don't see KC like the rest- I don't see her as monster or a babykiller. I see her a young adult who craves to be needed and loved and accepted and will lie to get that.... Caylee gave her all of that... she needed Caylee

And the emotions thing..I can understand that, I was a very emotional soft hearted child who cried at a drop of a hat. Now you will only see me happy or mad or neutral, does not mean I don't cry..it just means that no one sees me.

First time posting here, so Hi everybody.
I am interested in Casey's cell phone records.
I have noticed that the E164 numbers are not all the same. On her cingular voicemails it is always 14047259408. For the calls and texts and other voicemails, it varies between 14047259310 and 14047259320. From what I can find out, the E164 is the unique identifier of the phone, and if there is more than one in the records, this to my mind would tend to support Casey's statement that she had more than one phone and was switching the sim card (and consequently her phone number and charges) between two phones.

Can anybody tell me why she dials a separate number for Cingular voicemails? The only reason I can think of is that she is picking them up from another phone.

I would also like to know why Casey receives and sends messages by phone to/from Facebook and Yahoo, but she only ever receives them from Myspace, she never replies by phone to any of the Myspace messages. Casey replies promply to almost all other texts and messages.
Could this be why someone is searching the laptop on June 12th for a Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez?
