Yes, and since we know there is a very good chance that whoever killed G4, killed about 10 more.... Starting with a woman who had an operation on her legs......which do you like?

I wonder how busy kevin spacey's work schedule is....he might get a call lol

Hackett isn't a surgeon, is he?

It has been more than a month since any official comments have been made by anyone re: GB4 & Shannan Gilbert cases. December was filled with movement and since then NOTHING! Wonder when someone will bring the public up to speed?

Unless I'm reading it wrong I don't see anywhere that police asked him to take one just that 48 Hours wanted to know why he didn't volunteer.

I wouldn't volunteer to take one either. Like Clem Snide said there's nothing to be gained by it.

that's true...police may not have requested he take one

seriously?

Seriously

I've read that he was a police surgeon but police surgeon is just a title, that has nothing to do with surgery

I thought he was a Family Practitioner

When I Google his name and the word surgeon all that comes up is the fact that he used to be a police surgeon, nothing about him being an actual surgeon. Where did you find that information?

Personally, I still think Brewer is higher on the totem pole than Hackett is.

Per news reports, Brewer said that he didn't even know Shannan was missing til Pak & her boyfriend came looking afterward.

I have difficulty believing that, since she bolted from his house, fell down the steps, etc.

If he wasn't aware she was missing, then obviously police didn't even speak to him when they arrived after the 911 call.

Do you happen to have a link to that? I've never heard that the police asked him to take a polygraph and he refused.

Once again, poor journalism. If you research it you can actually find a quote from CPH saying that he agreed to a polygraph test but was later told that due to a medical condition his results would be inconclusive and not accurate.

This is absolutely true. Pain can mess around with the results. One trick to make a polygraph test's results all over the map is to put a thumbtack in one's shoe and to apply pressure to it when answering random questions. It will show that you are lying about your name or the color of your hair (giving the examiner no baseline to compare the other results to). Someone in chronic pain (with or without meds) would record untruthful responses in the machine while just sitting there in the room alone with no questions being asked.

Does that mean that a doctor with a "Police Surgeon" title does not have to have an actual specialty in surgery?

Or a minister/religious radio show host with a "sick wife" sob story

Or the heart-broken "husband" who tried to rescue his crack addicted ex-wife from a life on the streets of AC

Or an artist and/or his associates who was/were asked, by a mother of a local female artist who died, to paint Sea Turtles.

Or the Director of an established rehab center who is offering to save you from a life on the streets.

Who would fear leaving with any of them or one of their friends or associates?

So many possible suspects... (CPH, CJA, HA, PB or associate artists, or SY)

Now, most people might fear someone like CM or that other LI SK's brother but not a good doctor, a radio show minister of sorts, an artist, a grieving "husband", or a Substance Abuse Specialist.
Or the Director of an established rehab center who is offering to save you from a life on the streets.
I vote for this one because were a few of the woman talking to family members or friends about getting out of the biz, getting off of drugs, or stopped drugs? Wow what a lure, if they indeed wanted out of the biz or drugs, here is this guy reassuring them that he can help them do that. Sets it up to meet him around the corner so their pimps or others don't learn they are getting out. Wow how slick is that!

http://www.job-descriptions.org/police-surgeon.html

"Police Surgeon: Surgeon, chief Examines and treats members of municipal police force for duty-related injuries and illnesses and gives first-aid treatment to civilians under arrest: Examines and reports physical condition of applicants for police force. Maintains records of sick personnel. Examines officers who claim disability and, upon proof of such disability, issues required certificate. Reports charges against officers who feign illness or injury to evade duty or whose illness or injury results from improper conduct, intemperance, or habits. Prepares annual report on activities and evaluation of physical condition of police force."

Although not stated here, I think police surgeons do operate under certain circumstances, but I assume that's a small part of the job.

Also during my search I found a lot of job openings for police surgeons in Pakistan, if anyone's interested.

I don't think so.Police surgeons are like "company doctors" that's who cops see when are on disability to get approved it denied and things like that. I can't see any reason why you would need to be a surgeon for that. I haven't been able to find anything saying that CPH is a surgeon. But maybe I'm not looking in the right place.

BBM

Still...that's pretty damned convenient for him, wouldn't you say?

If he were a surgeon it would show up on his NY State Medical Board profile, and it doesn't. Police surgeon would be one of those jobs that pays a lot less than a doctor would normally make. Usuallly chosen by a doctor who is not very competent or one who is on a mission of some kind.

It depends. Did police asking him to take a polygraph because they thought he was a suspect? Or was he going to take it because people on the internet think he's a SK. If it's the latter, there is more to lose than gain. If I knew I was innocent I wouldn't worry about what the public thought.

Hummm, lets see:

- I have some old injuries to deal with and especially when the whether changes, I have to take some painkillers more.

- I study serial killers, I have even written novels about serial killers.

- I am married, white, heterosexual and for a few years still in the FBI 101 profile's age bracket.

So bottom line, I have to be the LISK2 and can't even take a polygraph to prove, I am not. I don't know about you, but I would find that rather inconvenient.

Here we go again?
It seems like it's always a dog walker who finds the body parts...

Well, it makes perfect sense. People often like to walk their dogs off the beaten path and dogs have a killer sense of smell, hence being used in policework. Believe it or not, when I was a kid, my friends (12-16 y.o. brothers) were walking their dog and came upon a body in a ravine. Decomposing strangled woman. I would've been terribly traumatized!

Yep, his says Board of Family Practice and Board of Emergency Medicine. Unlike all of the surgeons that I looked up, their profiles say Board of XXXX Surgery.
