Please, I'd like to know about the mild mannered people with no socioeconomic factors that ligature strangled or fake ligature strangled their child. This would provide RDI with a precedent at least. I'm waiting for your examples. Some of them implies plural, so Im expecting more than one example.

And lets not forget Susan Smith. She didn't kill her sons because of socioeconomic concerns. She was worried her boyfriend didn't want her kids complicating the relationship.
