Soon she will say"we'll, subsequently the fog dissipated and I could see ..."

Of course the luggage is a huge bomb...since she has testified it was already packed in her car, sometime after 2pm.

Right? Am I following clearly?

Yes, but more than that, she couldn't remember who took it out or when, whether it was her or Travis, but she thought it was after 2pm when they had sex.

Now it just rolls off her tongue, I took my luggage.

:banghead:

PS by her luggage does she mean garbage bags full of bloody clothes?

Maybe she put "Hoover dam" into a GPS search engine....?

The judge desperately needs a NO button.

Nurmi: May we approach?
Judge: no

driving into the SUN must have been fun..where she is going it will be hotter than the SUN

At this pace, I could actually be the stenographer. When in doubt, I'd just throw in contemporaneous and edify and wait 2 minutes before the next sidebar

Question please ....

When the "white noise" is playing during sidebars ... Can JA hear the conversation between judge and attorneys??
JA's seat is so close to the judge - but it looks like the court reporter even has to put a earbud in to hear the side bar discusion.
TIA.

Someone needs to tell the defensive council that St. Patrick's day is March 17th, 2013 NOT March 13th 2013. Their choice in "green" colors offends me and deedifies my Irish ethnicity.

I wondered why they were wearing matching St. Paddy's outfits on the 13th - not very bright are they? :floorlaugh:

I've heard repeatedly from various talking heads about how Mr. Martinez needs to make his point and move on and how he shouldn't show his frustration to the jurors.

My question is, how is JM suppose to make his point and move on if JA will NEVER answer a question in a straight-forward manner?!

On almost every question she wastes time mincing words, or she changes the question in her mind and answers something else, or she claims she doesn't understand the question, or she asks the question be repeated, or Nurmi objects and we have to go into sidebar. Then when she FINALLY answers a question, she answers with a qualifier, never a straight answer on the questions that really matter.

That should explain in and of itself why Mr. Martinez may be frustrated. But at the very least, how can anyone accuse him of not moving forward?

Am I missing something?

:welcome6:

Ugh, I'm going to start a drinking game. Drink every sidebar! Drink everytime JM says "yes or no". Drink everytime JA says ANYTHING.

It's the only way to make it through!

You won't be with us long. You'll pass out or be in "the fog!" :floorlaugh:

this just is RIDICULOUS ... how can she get away with running her court in this fashion??

I need some anxiety medication ... any suggestions ... :banghead:

Can someone tell me...

Can Juan think fast enough on his feet, while doing this amazing job, to realize what she has just said about the luggage?

Or does it take time to process the actual testimony you are hearing and relate it to the case?

I mean, yeah...we are sitting here and immediately heard it - but he is still on his line of questioning and has to follow that.

Maybe Flores can help him out.:please:

JA "corrects" her last answer.

Doesn't recall what she did with clothes.
