Did you see her about to get coy when he mentioned lying? She is trying to act contrite when it comes to the lying but not the murder.. She is a piece of work.

I think this Jury is smart. She is mouthy but she is fighting for her life. But it is what she is saying, More lies, More fog that will get her. .

AS for her talking to JM that way, He is PROVING that she is not afraid when backed into a corner.. That she fights back. He is a smart cookie.

That'd be true for most defendants facing the death penalty. With Jodi though I get the impression she's fighting simply to best Juan.

I don't get that she's fighting the State because they want to kill her - but that she has to be smarter, keener, more wily.

And it's making her even less likable, for me, by the second.
