Why doesn't Juan pull out the transcripts of her testimony?

I've wondered that myself. But I think it's because that is time consuming. It would likely break the flow for him and he would also have to know page and line of every bit of testimony she gave. That's hard to do.

I will NEVER understand why the judge is sitting back doing NOTHING.

Unless the prosecutor asks her to control jodi, the judge is simply not going to step in, in a death penalty case.

What woman goes on a camping trip with multiple unknown men?

No one. Not even JA. She used this as an excuse to legally purchase a firearm (Dan's? Sporting Goods in Yreka, CA iIrc) when she KNEW - and has admitted to knowing she was surely going to be arrested - and soon.

She also lied about her attempt to flee (with gun, clothes, books and knives) saying that she was simply going to the Monterey area to commit suicide.

So that's another lie about the.9mm. She was about to flee when LE arrested her in the early morning of July 15 (I believe).

OK...what have people who dealt with Jodi while growing up (teachers, babysitters, friends) said about her?

I cannot IMAGINE being that blatantly arrogant with someone in a position of authority...let alone someone who holds my life in his hands!

It's unbelievable to me - I was raised to respect authority. You DO NOT call a Detective by his last name, you do not call the prosecuting attorney by his first name, you do not "talk back" to people who are authority figures - she has ZERO manners or etiquette - it is really disgraceful, and it's unfortunate that the judge can't or won't say anything to Jodi.

Your job is to "mischaracterize" testimony on CROSS EXAMINATION! You are trying to characterize it in your favor! That is why it is cross examination...she doesn't have to agree with it if it isn't true. I am going to shoot myself in the face...

Can't the judge tell her to just answer the questions and stop with all the word games??? I just don't understand why JA is allowed to just go on and on and not give yes or no answers! I understand why she may have been allowed to do this with her attorney, but JM's questions are pretty much yes or no...why does the judge allow her to do this? Thanks for any help to understand this.
