Why doesn't Juan pull out the transcripts of her testimony?
I've wondered that myself. But I think it's because that is time consuming. It would likely break the flow for him and he would also have to know page and line of every bit of testimony she gave. That's hard to do.

I will NEVER understand why the judge is sitting back doing NOTHING.
Unless the prosecutor asks her to control jodi, the judge is simply not going to step in, in a death penalty case.
