Maybe that's what she wants us to think - that she was paid. It's right up there with "Event Planner" and "Nanny" on somebody else's resume we know... I'm having FCA flashbacks on this in many ways. She moved in to Tony's immediately and started making herself all kinds of useful by cooking, cleaning and using stolen checks to buy beer and paper towels at Target. Maybe these manipulative chicks think that sex, cooking and cleaning are how to make themselves indispensable to guys. At least they know they are not likely to be turned down for the offers.

I noticed that. It's like they had some warped version of a 1950's housewife going on. Trying to make men dependent on them based on services they provide.

This may have been discussed already and, if so, I apologize. Did anyone notice JA's mention of taking a picture while in the U-Haul truck? I think she said her neck wouldn't show and, IF it did, the bruises would have been covered by makeup. Also, she mentioned something about how she had not seen the photo in years.

Does that mean Juan Martinez probably got his hands on a photo of her in or beside the U-Haul right after the alleged choking incident and will bring that in during rebuttal? TIA for your thoughts!

I did notice him put a picture up there but, I swer he said it was taken June 3rd 2008. I was thinking on her trip to kill Travis she put make up on to look like finger marks on her neck and had MM take a picture.

Relatively normal people might throw a plate at a wall when they're intensely angry. A disordered, in a narcissistic rage, will tear the entire dish cabinet from the wall. They'll stomp, kick, and punch it until it is in pieces, along with all the dishes, and they won't stop until it isn't even recognizable. So Jodi has been saying to people that she cannot believe (part of her foggy memory and blocking it) that she did that to another human being...so why did she promptly go out and get another gun and knife? Especially having the knife on her. How could she possibly stand to go to a store and handle another gun, handle a knife after what she did to Travis? How could she not remember the details, unless she wanted to relive it all ...maybe, she got a taste for killing. Jodi says words of a serial killer and another thing, from the books I've read--don't serial killer types like to roam around the country driving- long distances, driving at night time?
In Jodi's foggy state, when did she say it started happening ---in her teens, how do we know this was her first kill? Maybe she was taking "trophy pictures" on the camera and the one room-mate was due home soon at 6ish, so in her haste---she started to panic and 'mistakes' happened.

I associate green with hope, the promise of spring, and good things to come. Perhaps the DT was "hoping" that Jodi would get through her final day of testimony without digging herself into a deeper hole than she's in already.

In other words, there is no evidence of bruises on her neck.

She could say that for every normal looking photo that the bruises were there but were covered up with make up.

She has an explanation for everthing.

Coming from *ahem* experience trying to cover hickies in high school, it's almost next to impossible to cover bruising on your neck. Unless you use the makeup for covering tattoos, some of the bruising will show through. The makeup fades or smears throughout the day.

This is like the worst post-murder thing she did! Even more damning than sending Travis' grandma flowers. Worse than grinding with Ryan Burns. Seems like she wanted to be a serial killer!

I think that was the remark that made several of the jurors bring their hands to their mouths in an "oh no she didn't!" gesture - according to trial watchers yesterday.

There didn't need to be alot of water (ie: 1-2") on the floor to make the box have the water stains it had.

I just had a pipe spring a leak behind our toilet. The bath mat was soaked but the tile floor was not...
The water flow to the mat took place in the grout portions only and were filled when I looked for the source. My floor is also not level..

A marble in the crack showed me the direction of the water flow.

When I try to analyze all of the things she did, everything she says, I find it really is quite simple? She is a Stalker and like many, she killed her victim.

I hope the Jury is energized and although they are death qualified, considering some death qualified just find that so hard to do, I am sending vibes there way to do the right thing.
