I think this might be something that Baez has "come up with" in the last couple of days in preparing to appear on this show.

The subject of these cameras were discussed during the last hearing and Andrea Lyon presented the defense argument to J Strickland.

My recollection is that she complained the cameras were a distraction to the defense attorneys as well as Casey when they were trying to concentrate on "work", but I am not recalling AL specifically mentioning any clicking noise, but I could be wrong....back to listening to the hearing again

Kentjbkent -- My recollection was she at one point said that when they are in the conference room, they hear the intercom clicking and feel as if they are being listened to. (she worded it more tippy toe than that, I think but that was the essence)
I remember thinking it must be an intercom that goes to many work stations much like what we had in the ICU. If someone was paging someone on one side of the unit, you could hear the intercom click each time an announcement was made. If you listen to the hearing again, let us know.

I would like to know the date, too. Cindy states it has been four months on that video. If she meant from the time she found out Caylee was missing in July, four months from then would be November. That would coincide with when the PIs were out there in the woods at Suburban. She also says that they are close and don't know the exact spot.

The one where Cindy is in the black dress I think she is saying Caylee's birthday is coming up. That would be a good clue, but I do not know the exact date. I am sorry. She says Casey should be where she is at if it can be proved. WOW. There is a God!

What is curious is the fact that BC, I think, admitted that the A's were writing letters to KC without LE knowledge. My guess is if that is true then it had to have been on the laptop. I am guessing KC probably told JB what to write and he in turn would read KC their letters. JB could then send the letters from KC to BC and BC could print them out for them. Could that be what LE found in the A's home when they went with their subpoena's? Then when LE asked for the computers they may have been looking for more letters from KC. Probably far fetched but that is the way I would do it. Only if I were BC I would make the A's come to my office to read the letters. Unless this would be illegal.

There was a suggestion that Caylee felt afraid of her grandfather... all one needs to do is look at how she is sheltering and finding comfort and love in his arms.

I don't know - it could be interpreted that way... I think she did, by then. I think she just couldn't accept who harmed Caylee.

Certainly, that statement is loaded. If we can prove that Casey didn't do it, everyone else is to blame... Don't they include themselves in that?

I mean, it doesn't specify any exclusions, so "everyone" or "everybody" includes them, doesn't it?

I know it's semantics, but if that's the way she (Cindy) wants to play it, I would suggest throwing accusations at "everybody" is not going to help her or any of them, at all.

Regarding the "physics", also known as "psychics", the Anthony's ALLOWED the psychics to prey upon them because they refused to believe that their darling daughter could possibly murder their granddaughter! I don't know what link to include as a reference so I will preface this by IIRC......when TES was coming to town originally.....police had been pinpointing areas (woods) near MCO (Orlando Intl Airport) due to cell pings. THen GA was seen by someone as reportedly "staring out into the woods"...which was later explained as searching for area to set up tents.......So...I wonder two things....."the woods" CA referred to......was she talking about the woods I listed above? IF so....was that comment and GA seen staring into the woods part of a plan to draw attention elsewhere?????? There were other "woods" being looked at...was this the A family way to make sure they weren't the "right" ones??? JMO

OK....so the video comment by CA is in August around TES 1st trip.........then near the second TES visit GA is "scouting out the woods"......for KFN tents......even though GA and CA want nothing to do with search efforts????? Both times "woods" is discussed by or in regard to the Anthony's.......I think my brain is fried because my take is that from the beginning......all efforts were made to direct everyone to the "other woods". Wonder if the one reporting GA near the woods was ummmmmmmmmmm an A family member?

I can't find the video where Cindy says "Caylee is not in the woods", but I thought it was channel 13. Heres the article where something similar is stated by Cindy. This was on November 13, 2008.
