Arias trial will resume with defense

Today's hearing is expected to discuss allegations by defense attorneys that Deputy County Attorney [JM] committed prosecutorial misconduct. Judge [SS] has already denied two earlier motions for mistrial on misconduct grounds. The nature of the newest allegation has been sealed but will come to light in today's hearing, which is expected to include testimony in open court but out of the presence of the jury.

Then, on Tuesday, the defense will stage its case.

I'm going back through the court photos and noticed something about this picture (the 'dragging' photo with pant leg):

I really believe this was taken right at TA's death blow to his neck. Look at the blood streaming from the neck. The small streams and the large, thick river, that is just happening. Plus, look at his arm. It is up, like he is grabbing for his neck, or trying to defend himself.

If he were already deceased, wouldn't his arm be at his side and on the floor?

I think she is in the middle of slicing TA's throat in this photo. :-(

I think she is dragging him to the shower. I think she cut this throat over the carpet as he was crawling back towards the bedroom. My guess is she did this because she was afraid he would get away or he was screaming. Back to the picture, I am thinking he is deceased or unconscious because his feet are pointing outwards in a relaxed manner. His arm may be raised because she is dragging him by it. She may be using one hand to hold his head up, and the other to pulling his right arm. I am wondering if the camera is right at the bottom of the shower upside down, and she is in the act of lifting his head up over the shower ledge. In any event, it's ironic that the camera is what did her in, I think. I think she should go down as one of those truly stupid criminals that you see on those TV shows.:moo:

I agree she went way out of her way. Monterey & Salinas are West, Monterey is on the coast, Lodi is way inland to the East. The most direct route South down the state is I5.

Yes, I misspelled it. It appears to me she could have originally been headed straight for Arizona when something changed her mind. jmo

Of course she's not sorry, after all he was attacking her and she had to kill him to defend herself. Yet she professes she loves/loved him.

The friend seemed concerned that the email would cause JA to do something in retaliation to TA. Has it ever been discussed what exactly was in that email? That friend never testified. I wonder if the defense will use him to show how mean TA was to JA?

Not word for word just paraphrased and I don't remember personally. I am sure someone on here does tho. I am guessing it didn't come into trial because it wasn't needed to prove premeditation or felony 1.

Gus is the man she met in the restaurant, that wants to be retired in 5 yrs, right? He got her involved in PPL.

All I can think is that this week TA's family will be hurt again by this witch and her DT. A young man lost his life and now they get to smear his reputation in court. I don't know how they can take it.

I log on to read tis and I am laughig so hard I might pee in my pants as at that exact time that "what happens to your pubic hair" comercial came on. Well she had nohing to color right down there. Egads, pink!
