Theories discussion: What could have happened to Haleigh? #4

Haleigh is gone because the adults who were supposed to protect her were so involved in their own chaotic lives that they failed to do so.

I still believe Haleigh was kidnapped by an acquaintance. I do believe Misty knows much more than she is telling. I do not believe Misty was home the night Haleigh was taken. She put the kids to bed and went out, not far, but not within earshot or eyeshot of the MH. She came home with somebody and they were occupied on the bouncing couch. She didn't bother to check on the kids. After he left, Misty checked on the kids before RC arrived home. Haleigh is gone. She looks for her, assuming she has wandered away. She even calls her name outside. Didn't a neighbor hear a woman screaming in the early hours of the morning? She can't tell what really happened. So, she makes up the parts about being asleep with the kids in bed with her. I believe Haleigh was taken by somebody who knew the family and who also knew the children were not always properly supervised. Sadly, I don't believe Haleigh in on earth anymore.

What I can't fit into my theory is why Misty rambles on about blankets and doing laundry. I know it has some significance, but cannot figure out what the significance is.

I too believe this is a clue that both Misty and LE are sharing that are not actual a contridiction, but, maybe a way to let the abductors know that they know that HaLeigh wet her bed that night and that is why HaLieghs clothes where removed and the belief that someone cared enough to change her and the dang scent trail the blood hounds followed. If Misty had washed the blankets and LE state she did not what does that tell us? HaLeigh wet the bed, IMO.

Texasmommy....did you hear that Nay Nay is possibly living with the Misty now at the Croslins? I read yesterday that Nay Nay had a baby and I was wondering if you or anyone...lol, knew who the father was and if he had been mentioned in this case before.

I am very confused at to what purpose it would serve for Nay Nay to now be living with Misty, I thought she was good friends with Amber? Do you know if Amber and Nay nay had anything to do with the fake search? Thank you very much Texasmommy....if you have any answers for me! : ))

The problem with an abduction theory by the "other" side of the family is that it is not consistent with r & m's explanation of what happened that night. By all accounts all should have known RC's work hours by now. LE has kept this close to the vest...has to be a reason. Misty's inconsistencies do not add up and his covering for her makes no sense. It is a coincidence that all three (Ron's lies, misty's lies and an abduction )occur at the same time...nope. I have to rule out abduction. This is a cover-up of a crime..imo.

Yes I do.:dance: I am so glad you reminded me about that family orchestrated search. I already had a feeling you where going to want my opinion about her participation in this crime. It is rather lengthy already before you reminded me about the above mentioned.
So here goes... I am of the opinion that the women that have had children with Ron are the real reason this happened in the first place. I have felt that LE has leaked clues that revealed enough about the facts without giving away their investigation and many have ignored or denied them or are just blind.

The few players we have seen arrested that are connected to HaLeigh in some way have; in an interesting way, revealed their relevance and importance in the crime committed the night of FEB 9.
I of course am interested in the females that have been and are now involved in Ron's life and who of them have been arrested since HaLeigh's abduction and why. Sarah Sheffield's arrest is quite different than Nay Nay's and Amber's IMO and has significant meaning in its self IMO.
I suggest Sarah's behavior after HaLeigh's abduction led to her arrest in some manner and find it curious she would not follow court orders that would give cause for LE to arrest her. I do know that Sarah did move out of Marie's home sometime around September and that shortly after she was arrested. I wonder why Marie was not aware before hand of Sarah's behavior that might lead to noncompliance to a court order.

Amber and Nay Nays arrest revealed a few things IMO
1.) That Nay Nay and Amber are friends. IMO It shed a light on a motive...... to set up Misty.
2.) That Amber Brooks was in a position to know more than Ron and Misty ever knew she knew.
The most interesting and revealing thing that happened IMO was when Cobra bonded out the girls and all that transpired between Cobra and these two. IMO a hidden agenda was at work and Nay Nay was used to black mail Misty.
Amber is the one who had motive (revenge against Misty)to give Crystal a call to tell on their common enemy Misty in the first place. I was always puzzled why Amber never gave a interview for good ole ART and the fact that she played it real cool and distanced her self from Cobra and the Sheffield's team after there generous thought. She had done her part IMO and was rewarded for it, but, did not commit the crime.
They had Nay Nay and she was so grateful for the bail and dinner she did tell what Cobra wanted to be heard. I have wondered how Art and Cobra sleep at night. Did anyone else notice in Nay Nay's booking photo that it appeared she had been crying? To me this speaks volumes and tells us a little bit. In contrast Amber's pic says it loud and clear she is not worried and in fact is a little pissed off)
The letter from Nay Nay was exposed by non other than Cobra... wierd how he got a hold of that. Funny we have never heard from Nay Nay's mouth if she really did write that letter or not. IMO LE's opionion on that news worthy (letter) tip again says it all.
We have recently discovered Misty is cohabitating with Nay Nay; the same friend who outed Misty on her wild weekend adventure of drugs, sex and fighting with Amber Brooks. I wonder how long it took Nay Nay to figure out she was being used? Oh, I almost forgot about Cobra rearresting her on a claim she was threatening to commit suicide. I imagine it was then she relized her mistake. We know she was locked up for while and had a little time to think about things. I am assuming she has spilled her guts to Misty and we are soon about to see a BIOTCH fight like no other.
The fake search came after Cobra bailed out the girls correct? IMO it did the damage it was supposed to do and that was not to plant evidence that LE was ever supposed to see or find an intrest in. In fact if it had really been devised to mislead LE their would of been charges and arrests. IMO it was done for the public opinion and to create reasonable doubt. I am so sorry this is so long.

Haleigh's tan shorts were next to the bed as I recall. So her school clothes were removed at some point. I am guessing getting ready for a bath or she had an accidental wetting of her clothing. Those clothes were removed by Haleigh or someone else. Was she getting a bath? Did she drown? Is that why M most likely didn't even sleep in that room or want to use that bathroom. I thnk misty was on the couch that night, not in the bed.

or even outside or in the trunk of a car? just don't know. I also wonder about Nay's car. Did Misty use that car the night she disposed of Haleigh, if she did in fact dispose of Haleigh? Misty's clothes from the weekend were either in the trunk or somewhere in the MH. They could contain evidence. Was Haleigh put in the trunk of Nay's car? Do they have an alliance? Nay has disposed of her car and sent it to a junkyard, as I recall LE recently retrieved it.

The big question is WHY does RC cover for Misty? Any reasonable person would not. They would listen to the police and would either attempt to harm misty or seriously want answers from her. He has done nothing to get answers and in fact has resisted talking to LE as of August 18, for five months he would not speak to them. When he did, he was with an attorney and would only address the phone calls. This is very suspicious.

Whisper we know they allowed Misty back into the home and that is where they/ she found the shirt. I only offer up the drier, because that would account for Misty not recognizing it on the floor and the rumor of dirty clothes found in the drier. Nay Nay would not of gained anything from taking HaLeigh nor would Amber. Who ever has benifited is the one that needs our attention. Ron was at work. Misty was not home. Someone came into that MH and took HaLeigh. Plain and simple. They had a motive and it was not to harm HaLeigh. Money has been made in this childs name from day one. IMO if we look at the money trail we will see alot. I want to know if anyone knows the name of the dealership that allowed a vehicle to be raffled off and the proceeds to go to Crystal? This took place before March 13. TYI.

There must be something to Haleigh wetting the bed that ties in here. Misty claims it happened the night before. But wasn't Misty there the night before? By this statement, she would not have been there and I don't think she was. The number of lies these two have told is astounding.

We have a bed wetting situation going on. Misty has made mention of this now several times about urine and blankets and seems really locked in to her distaste of it all. She has tied in the amount of washing she had to do. She alludes as to it happened the night before but did it? I doublt it. I wonder if the kids were at GMA's all weekend and not alone with rc. He must have been stewing the entiire weekend, that's a given. So if the children were not there, haleigh could not have wet the bed the night before.

It is a possible that she lost it over a bed-wetting scenario. She also could have been upset about Haleigh not wanting to go to bed. Did she call rc and complain about Haleigh about 8:30? Is that what the fight was really about? There is a likely scenario tied up in one of these though.

It is not plain and simple when forensics were in the house for 8 days and Misty waltzes in and finds the main piece of evidence...can't buy that one...no way.

The first thing Forensic would have done was establish the clothing she wore that day. They would have looked for it and I believed they found it just not where Misty claims.

I do not know where Haleigh is or could be. She could be hidden at a Reservation IMO. The Native American mothers believe that the sons should stay with their fathers and it is a practice that they would allow their people (Native Americans) to raise one of their own from what I have researched. They have their own schools medical facilities, their own governing laws and dual citizenship so they can cross borders on to any land that the Queen governs.
Amber is no longer in jail.
Nay Nay is the one that Kim so badly wanted to help. IMO it was all an effort to discredit her after the fact and shut down any speculation in the Sheffield direction if she decided to tell the truth about Cobra and KP intrest in herself and Amber.
