I didn't want to say anything until I spoke with my daughter who now lives out of state. She knows the Hogan's. Went to school with one of the girls. Nothing of interest has popped up on her Facebook or local chatter yet. It's unusually quiet though.

Interesting side story. One of the Hogan's was a teacher at the High School. Several years back he was driving out there on Highway 36 and got hit in the arm by a bullet from a long range rifle. Messed him up for a very long time. I don't think they ever found the person responsible. The long range rifle injuries happen from time to time out here though. It's still the wild west.

I don't think this is Susan. Unfortunately the West Desert is a dumping ground. Just usually not so close to one of the few towns out here.

I know. The only two reported missing Utahns are Powell and Koecher, a week and 350 miles apart.

There's so many unreported deaths/disappearances. Hopefully, with DNA, they can ID this person who may be from out of state.

The KSL report said "within the past two years", so Steven's the only one who'd fit that criteria.

But it doesn't make sense to be him. Not in that location.

They have Casper missing as of 2010; NAMUS has him missing in 2004.

Sure, a defense attorney could have stirred things up .... but the case would likely be tried by Salt Lake County.

One of the main problems with Josh is his refusal to help in any way - including telling what she was wearing when he last saw her. :banghead:
