LOL LOL :clap::clap::clap: I bet no-one.

Personally I think this is bull!!! Not questioning that she did get a lawyer, I just don't see how she can call it slander. Yes, KC said the nanny's name was ZG, but when shown a picture of her she could not identify her. There were several ZGs checked out and none of the rest of them are hurting because of it (or at least we haven't heard about it). I think this one is just milking it.
I completely agree! Maybe there'll be a class action suit! (Hope I'm not giving them any ideas!)

For God's sake, the ZFG that was initially interviewed by the local station was living in a motel and didn't have a job. Talk about 15 mins...

:woohoo:

Rose Mom that was Smellarious! I'm truly Howling with laughter ... thanks, I needed that~ :woohoo:

Oh and I thought I'd remind whoever was asking about Telling the Truths real name [sorry, can't remember who posted that ?], it's in the 400 pg docs.

Tell me what a polygraph is gonna prove exactly. If she believes it was Caylee she gonna pass I dont understand what that gonna prove. Like I said I dont think FBI and LE are that stupid when there is video evidence.

The police were unable to obtain the video at the airport because by the time it was requested, the tape had already been recorded over. So, there was no video evidence refuting this witness' claim from the airport. They contacted the airline who told them there were only two children on the plane, but the witness refutes that because she said they didn't even list her own son. That's in the first set of docs that were released.

They did check video surveillance at a Bank of America, but never the airport.

Also from the docs--I'm not sure if they were able to ever obtain the video from the Chuck E. Cheese where there was a reported sighting. The officer stated that he was unable to get the tape because he couldn't contact the manager and it was like it was just dropped.

I know this is my first post, but I've been reading this forum--and this thread for quite some time. I admit that I go back and forth, but after reading what this witness said on the Sentinel blog, I am inclined to totally believe her and once again, I have hope for little Caylee.

I agree, the witness is very believable.

Now, after informing Katie the other night that she had made a huge discovery Katie can't get her to answer her e-mails and she hasn't checked back in to the Sentinel blog. I'm very worried.

Kinda weird how a McDonald's still had video from July 10th for FBI to look at recently, but an airport didn't have one from just a few days prior. If I remember, didn't this lady report her sighting about a week after Caylee went missing, and the sighting was on July 2nd, right? So that would mean that the airport doesn't even keep their security videos for a month. I just wonder if they really even checked it out?

IDK. I don't think I am wording my thoughts right here.

Maybe she has spoken with someone who has advised her not to post things anymore--at least for the time being. I hope that's all it is. In my gut, I totally believed her when I read the first set of documents.

I have just never been able to reconcile a few things with this case to convince me that Caylee is gone. For one, the whole ZFG thing. I do NOT believe Casey just pulled that name out of her head. I also don't think she saw her name at Sawgrass on a card. She didn't ID that ZFG, so I don't believe it IS that ZFG. Plus who knows? The name could have been a fake name. That one detail is enough for me to not buy the whole scenario that we are getting.

Also interesting:

Read RM Interview yet? He says he went to the airport at around 4:00 PM on JULY 2ND!! For a flight to Boston. Said his flight was for 7 pm, but delayed until 7:30 pm. Getting there at 4 would make sense for Caylee getting on a flight at 5:30 ish. Same day as TellingTheTruth had her sighting there.

With today's security at airports, you would think they have to keep video for a while now.

I agree it is odd. It's what was in the reports though.

I can't remember how old the McDonald's tapes were though...fwiw, did anyone think it looked like Caylee? I didn't see the resemblence...

Hmmm...I haven't read that one yet. TellingtheTruth said she was with a woman though. Any idea who? Who took Ricardo to the airport? (Yes, I need to go read his interview.)
