When she said she may have lost her phone at Universal, Lee asked if she was there for work or fun. She said something like it was not really for work and it wasn't fun. Could that be the convo you are thinking about?

I've been through the transcript of the telephne call on 7/24 where he alerts her that everything is recorded and they talk about her two phones, etc. It's not in there. He says that he didn't know about the recordings before, or he would have asked things differently. I think the time before (not sure if phone call or visit) is the one I need, but I can't find any transcripts of it. It was early, and I wasn't as caught up in it as I am now, or I would have memorized it. :crazy:

That one where he says he would of asked things in a different way was a visit to see her. I believe..... So two or three calls is all we heard. And the third one being the one about not realizing they were recorded and would of asked things differently at that visit...( not phone)

So it makes you wonder what did he say to her.

Personally I think this is bull!!! Not questioning that she did get a lawyer, I just don't see how she can call it slander. Yes, KC said the nanny's name was ZG, but when shown a picture of her she could not identify her. There were several ZGs checked out and none of the rest of them are hurting because of it (or at least we haven't heard about it). I think this one is just milking it.
