Tim Miller: Possible Lawsuit against Casey

Thinking about what could happen in court; the same old tired and inventive stories. OCA says 1 thing, parents know what she has said and will start in our their own 'campaign'. This time around with any and all pending lawsuits, I hope they keep ALL the witnesses out of the courtroom until they are called in. Just too bad they can't keep OCA and her family away from each other-too late for that now, that's the bad part because imo, there's some stategic planning going on, just got that feeling.

Good questions. I do not see that Casey has a way out of this latest lie. Anything she tries to say now to explain further is going to fall on deaf ears with the court, IMO. She said she didn't know, but clearly she knew.

I mean, come on...the woman was wearing a "Have you Seen Me?" t-shirt in July/August, as if her daughter is missing, but at trial it was stated in no uncertain terms that Caylee was dead by mid-June. And furthermore that Casey knew it.

I think Casey is simply not worried at all about this lawsuit and won't be bothered if TES wins. Same with the ZG case. Casey will get off probation and leave the area and no one will bother to hunt her down to make her pay. I think her attorneys are confident of that and have already informed her that she need not worry.

Does not mean Karma will not get her, though!

I would have thought Casey would have been tripped up many times over already. Yet, she always seems to slink away basically unaffected.

I have known other people like this--people who do whatever they please and never have to pay the piper. Mind you, I have never personally known anyone who murdered a child and got away with it in the face of so much evidence, but I do personally know people who have repeatedly abused children, went through questioning by authorities and were investigated, but went free. And in one case, did it again! And again were questioned and investigated, and again went free.

It is hard to understand why some people skate on everything they do. And it is hard to understand why some do not learn a lesson when they have a close call like Casey has had--meaning her murder charge.

With Casey still telling lies, it seems obvious that the only thing she has learned is that she can continue to get away with whatever she does. The only comfort I have is that I believe in a Higher Power who will one day collect on all debts owed.

Now when they ask the family - why were you searching for a live Caylee. They all have to call FCA a liar (She told us she was missing/kidnapped).

Whittle down to GA and ask HIM, did you call 911 (No) why (now does GA say "I did it - I dumped her" or does he say.....FCA is a lying pile of **** which boils down to ....no drowning.....no kidnapping....ut oh, only the murder card is left on the table).

Seeing the family squirm = karmic payback for covering with lies in the criminal case.

This is just Casey getting back to where she left off in 2008. I can almost bet that Casey is back to the ZFG kidnapping story. She'll say she didn't know Tim Miller was searching for a deceased Caylee because he was supposed to be there to search for her kidnapped/alive daughter and he didn't do that.

Casey has already probably told her parents that it was all Jose's fault that she accused George and Lee of molestation. That he kept her from all of them all those years to brainwash her and make her believe it was the only way. She'll say that Caylee really was kidnapped. That she doesn't know who killed Caylee or even if Caylee was killed at all. Her parents will buy it hook, line, and sinker because that is what they do. Casey will never take responsibility for being there when Caylee died... not without someone saying it for her in order to save her life (and unfortunately got her aquitted too).

She gets too much of a high from her lies and being able to fool people. She'll always go back to Cindy because she likes to torture Cindy with those lies. Cindy will always take her back because Cindy cannot deal with not having control over every and anything Casey. It's a wicked attraction these two women have.

Casey will kill again, imo. It's only a matter of time before someone crosses her. She's a wicked, evil woman.

Oh, I'm just spitting nails over this. Now you know, I know - we all know that the felon absolutely knew what Tim Miller was doing there.

But -- according to articles I read in the past, the felon never actually talked to Tim. She talked through Cindy, George, or whomever was handling her (Tracey?).

I am probably correct in assuming that the defense is gonna pop up and say that Casey never talked to Tim about searching for Caylee. I don't know if she can get away with that -- but that's my assumption.

Well, the Judge didn't ask her if she talked with Tim, just if she was aware that they were searching.
