They are two separate places. Crescent City is an actual small town with PD, downtown businesses, shopping center. Pomona Park is like Satsuma and Fruitland - an unincorporated area of South Putnam County. I'm not sure how they determine the boundaries of these bumps in the road.

FWIW - 100 years ago, Pomona Park was an actual town, iirc. [See "The River Flows North - A History of Putnam County" by Brian Michaels, or maybe wikipedia or Floripedia.]

I'm sure that in the past I have stated "same difference", but that's just to a "citified" "northern" girl like me. lol

Someone had posted a myspace for Chelsea last year. Dunno if it was legit or not, but Chelsea said on there that she and Timmy had just moved into a house in Palatka.

OK, bear with me, please. I've told y'all before how confused I get with the vans and blankets.

In it Chelsea and reporter Matt Safer say that her van was just returned to her.

BUT....

I thought it was Lindsy's van that was taken for processing. I'm almost positive about that because there was an article in the PDN about Lindsy needing it to go to nursing school, kids' soccer games, etc...

Also, that video is sourced as myfox orlando, but Matt Safer says he's reporting for Fox35 in Jacksonville. [Wouldn't he just say "reporting for Fox News from Satsuma"?]

And that's a weenie little scratch imo.

Long story short from what I recall. The van was shared between Misty, Chelsea and Lindsey.

Could be, but there was a silver van at Lindsey's house, iirc.

And Chelsea says that Misty said, "Please tell me you're the one who put a scratch in my van."

Could this be why all the confusion about who picked up Haleigh?

I would think if there is one it's from Daytona....
 
Beatrice, I have no idea. I thought that Timmy and Chelsea lived in Daytona Beach, but that was based on stuff I read here. I'm not sure the persons who supplied the info are even still on here anymore.

(no wonder we're all so confused)

I am confused with you on the van(s) and blankets!

That video is particularly confusing, Chelsea doesn't say that Misty called her, the reporter says that it was a call from Misty Croslin. Chelsea says that later that night "she" called her, maybe the "she" Chelsea was talking about wasn't Misty? :confused:

BUT....Lindsey does have a van, she mentions it in the tape where she's talking to Tommy about someone leaving the radio on and her battery going dead. She also mentions it when talking about the car LP bought ma & pa Croslin and that it was nice, she says something about he could have given her the car and the Croslins her van.

So are there 2 vans? If so which van did "they" take with Misty's blanket in it? :banghead: LOL

Timmy does have a minimal background. I posted it elsewhere on the forum and yesterday I went back to look it up and post gain from the original source and I couldn't remember where the heck I posted the link. I thought it was the cousin thread but I didn't see it there unless someone moved it.

You might remember the discussion about Timmy almost doing time in Federal prison in Virgina, well it was around that time that the page was posted.
