In September 2017, police found an unloaded semi-automatic AR-15 rifle in the vehicle of Emanuel Kidega Samson. Samson is accused of killing a woman and injuring several others in an attack on an Antioch church, less than two miles away from the Waffle House where Sunday's shooting occurred.

Sorry OT. (Last comment from me re: trusts) That's right. A trust makes sense when you have a business also. We structured our stuff in our 40's and most everyone we know did before or in their 40's.

Very humble and incredibly brave and likable guy. One of his professor's tweeted him. Apparently, she thinks a lot of him. I guess we all now know why.
 
Just got back from errands, thinking the whole time I was gone this jack-a— would be found. UGH!!
 
The Father needs to be charged with Accessory to Murder (4 counts) and accessory to crimes for those injured. He knew the guns were confiscated from his son and it was illegal for him to have him. Uneducated my butt. He probably felt his son shouldn't have lost his rights to own guns and just gave them back to him.

I think any parent who allows a child to have illegal access to their firearms need to start being charged with the same crimes committed by their offspring.
