I guess I can look this up myself, and will, but does TN publish the addresses for. sex offenders living in the state? Would not post any names here but curious if there are many or few in that area
I don’t see any on the map for the Apartment complex where the vehicle was believed to be found.

I'm following since I saw a news article earlier. At first I thought this might be an abduction for ransom, given her family's extreme wealth. It gave me some hope, for her life at least.

Not anymore though, with the latest developments.
Eliza appears to be a lovely down to earth woman. So awful....
I feel so very sorry for Eliza's husband, children and family.

If she's five miles from home and the average female runner her age runs a mile in 12.3 minutes then yes she'd have to have left her home around 3am. That seems a bit extreme. But maybe she puts her kids to bed at 8pm and then goes to bed herself She wakes up at 3am, does her run and returns home before her husband sets out on his bike at 5 am? If they are both very athletic people this could be their routine.

She's a far better runner than I am, and my average time for a mile is 8 minutes. Regardless, she would have left her house before 4am which does seem extremely early.

The husband stated he was asleep when she left so alerting the authorities at 7am still seems early.

Maybe someone made contact for a ransom?

After seeing the family presser, vehicle found and driver detained, I think my initial thoughts were incorrect. I am thinking stranger abduction is the most likely scenario. That poor family is in so much pain that it is palpable. Things are not looking good for EF but I do hope there is resolution soon.

Praying that LE has their guy and she is alive!
I think LE stating that they'd found the vehicle and driver, is a sign of extreme confidence. I think the damage to that vehicle when it collided with a law enforcement vehicle, indicates this guy was trying to flee.

That tells me they've got their man.

Sadly however, in all the cases I've ever followed, I can't remember one where a kidnapping suspect was arrested without the victim being recovered on scene, and it having a happy ending.

So I'm definitely not optimistic in that regard.
